Hi John, can't remember if I have gotten back to you since I finally got the information for Mattie Tackett Sweeney or not so if I have just mark up one for getting oldLOL! She is listed as Mattie May Tackett Smith. I got the info from her grandson and created the memorial. Smith was a 2nd. or 3rd husband.

Hi John,
Finally found her grave and created a memorial for her at the Higden McLehaney Cemetery. She was listed under the last name Smith. I didn't remember her marrying the last time.
Have a good day!

RE: Frank H. Sweeney
She is buried at the Higden McLehaney Cemetery, according to her daughter Catherine, who is my husband's aunt.(she was married to Luther Chalk) But, I have not been able to find her grave or headstone. I have looked several times and yet to find it. When the weather warms up I am going to look again. I didn't ask if she has a headstone but I can't see her not having one. Mattie was also a sister to Aunt Zora's(chalk) husband, Killies Tackett.

Hi John,

I use the genealogy program Roots Magic. Out of all the programs I have tried I like it best because it is so easy to use and has so much support, they even have online courses to help people.

I am getting better each day in rehab. Hope to be walking soon. Thank for your good thoughts

Hi John,

First, yes you can use the photos, its fine with me. Second, I am among the group that doesn't use Ancestory.com, I had rather use the free sight of the LDS church that is just cramed full of information.

Third, I am sorry about reading the tombstone wrong with a C instead of a G. If I had read it correctly I wouldn't have made a duplicate. I deleted it from the system I think. At the present time I am in the hospital after a stroke and I am having problems typing and thinking. Let me know and I will try again.

John,

You are welcome and yes, you may use any photos I have taken. . . I took them just for you, and yes, a credit would be appreciated:)

I agree with you, I like Ancestry.com too. That is where I get most of my information.

I am not sure if I answered your note or not. Amanda Elizabeth Gunn married my great, great grandfather so I have some connection to the Gunn family. You did the hard work and are welcome to keep the memorial as a reward for your hard work but I would take good care of it if you transferred it to me. I will leave it up to you. Thanks for the note.

RE: Charles William Gunn
John,

Thanks for the nice note. I am not good at figuring out relationships but I think Charles's great aunt married my great, great grandfather. I guess I am somewhat related to the Gunn family in that respect. I feel fine if you continue to maintain the memorial but if you want to transfer it to me that is fine also. You did all that hard work and deserve credit for making my job easy. I will leve it up to you.

Blessings,

James Turner Harris (#47374854)
