|Kathi Fluck||Herbert Baumeister 75240821|
Would you please add this information to Herbert's memorial? Thank you!
Herbert joined the 7th Texas Calvary in WWI and was commissioned a captain. The 1920 census shows him living in Houston, Texas as a lodger who was divorced and working as a soldier in recruiting.
The February 19, 1918 Chicago Daily Tribune had a notice that Herbert declared that Georgia had been married once before and that she hadn't informed him. He now wanted a divorce because she hadn't been divorced a year.
His death notice in Chicago, where he was living with his parents when he died, said he was formerly a lieutenant with the 7th Illinois Infantry and served with that regiment on the Mexican border in 1916.
At the time of his death he was only 25 and working as an insurance agent.

|Kathi Fluck||Anna C Miller Baumeister 75240770|
Could you please add this information to her memorial? Many thanks.
Anna married Joseph Franklin Baumeister on May 18, 1882 in Chicago. She and Joseph had four children, of which only Herbert lived to adulthood.
Anna had lived in Barrington for several years, as her husband was a well-known upholsterer there. Upon his death, she returned to Chicago, where she was born.

|coon1||Photo request for Weigand|
Thank you for the photo of the headstone of George & Mary Deitcher Weigand. This closes a chapter in my search for the siblings of my Grandfather (most of whom I did not know existed).
I only wish I could find living descendents of any of the siblings. I would love to find someone who has a photo of their parents John & Minnie Deitcher

|Scott Braddy||Clawes Pictures|
Thank you so much for the pictures of my relatives grave stones! It really means a lot to me as I've been waiting for years now. Was there no other clawes family members there? I was wondering about August Clawes? He should be there next to his wife.

Scott - thank you for taking the time to go and photograph the grave marker of my Great Great Grand Uncle Charles F. Bretag. That's a really nice photo - and I'm happy to see his 84-year old marker is in such fine shape.
