|Ed Rioux||RE: William Boutelle photo|
You are very welcome. It's easier when so many names are on one marker. However, there was no photo request for Mary A Boutelle, 1872-1958, and Mary Boutelle Lowe, 1896-1961, was not on the marker. I searched for her in the vicinity but did not find a separate marker. You have my permission to use these photographs for any purpose you see fit and best of luck with your genealogical research.

Richard, I enjoy Find A Grave and giving info like his obit. Would you mind sharing and acknowledge who provided it please.
I felt even tho he is not a direct relative of my, members of his family would like to read about him.
I typed it myself as it was a Word document.
Thanks you for making the links and updates I have submitted.

|Anne Kimber||edit for Anna Kimber Boutelle|
Hello Richard. I have suggested changing birthplace for this person to Minnesota, as given by both the 1900 federal census for MN, and the 1905 Minnesota state census. Thanks. Anne Kimber

I added the section & GPS to the memorial.
I believe it would be considered Range 2; Lot 1.

Thanks for your note.
I believe there were two children of the same name. The individual memorialized here (118203854) should have correct birth/death dates (note the photos of the monument that I posted)...although I haven't located sources to back this up.
I see the W. V. Lowe who married F. I. Boutelle was apparently born ca. Oct. 1859 at Michigan. The family resides at Ypsilanti in the 1860 census, where your W.V.L. is shown at the age of 9 mos.
Let me know what you think...

The photo on Jennie Boutelle's page is not hers but for Jennie Abbott Goodwin.
I'd seen where you asked Peter to move it but it's still on the wrong Jennie's page.
Just wondered if you received a reply from him.

I'm confused, which in itself isn't a shocker, did the fellow (Peter) who posted the wrong headstone photo ever respond to you when you asked him to move the photo to the page you created for Jennie Abbott Goodwin?
I was going to ask his permission to use the photo in my Ancestry tree but can't use it where it is currently placed.
Let me know when you've a minute. Thanks!

Richard, thank you for alerting me to the memorial in New Bern National Cemetery. As David's wife Permilla and son David M. are buried Northfield Farms Cemetery, it is only natural they erected a cenotaph in his name to memorialize him. I have changed widow Permilla so that she links as spouse to the New Bern memorial, and likewise linked the son to his father in New Bern. Cenotaphs are not to be linked unless the burial location is lost or unknown. Jim

Glad I could locate the gravestones for you! You have a request for Elijah Montague (1768-1831) at Riverside Cemetery, Sunderland, MA, however his stone is at Jackson Hill Cemetery, along with those of his two wives. I'll go ahead and fulfill your request, but will also contact the creator of his memorial to let her know that his place of burial needs to be corrected.

You're welcome for the photo. Glad I could be of help. I did not see a marker for Levi. Regarding Chloe Stone, I discovered through DAR records that her daughter, Climenia Gage (#38453951), lived in the Buffalo area and is also buried in Chautauqua County, NY. So, it now makes more sense that Chloe's gravestone is there.

|wings214||RE: Paul Looney Citation|
I never met Capt. Looney, but I remember when this happened. I was living in Florida at the time, and one of my best friends was married to one of Capt. Looney's friends, a fellow Marine helicopter pilot who was also in Vietnam at the time. They always called him 'Tuck'. His loss was hard on both of them.
Until I ran across Capt Looney's citation, I didn't know exactly what happened, and then I started researching. He was a courageous man.
The Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall was here this weekend, and I found his name along with the members of the Recon patrol he tried to extract. I am sorry for your loss.

|Yvonne Casey||Nathan D. Bowtell|
For Nathan D. Bowtell you got the family mixed up.
This record is incorrect. Nathan D. Bowtell's parents were not William P Hitchcock & Ellen Hitchcock. William P Hitchcock was his son in law & Ellen Sixberry was his mother. Thanks.

Yes I got pics of William's broken stone behind Martha's and his base next to her... and their daughter Frances. I entered William and Frances and put their pics up... but I will be going back and taking new pics of all three of them. I got hit with an unexpected downpour and my lens had water drops on it (and I was drenched in seconds). lol But I put these up for now so you would know they did indeed have headstones.

|Denise Crawford||Anna Farnsworth in Halifax Center Cemetery|
I saw that you left a note on Anna's memorial. I added pictures of her tombstone and thought you might enjoy seeing them. Her marker was very difficult to photograph as it is up against the rock wall and a tree. I couldn't even read the stone until I looked at the photographs.
