He is now linked to his parents and I thank you for the information! We leave bread crumbs for the future.

RE: Joseph Cobb and Margarette Soules
Wow, Yvonne, thanx so much for getting back to me so quickly! Your email has given me some leads and if I turn up anything, I'll be sure to let you know. I hear you about the certificates - my list of "when my ship comes in, I'll get a copy of--" grows almost as fast as my family tree, lol.

Thanx again,
a probable very distant cousin ;-)

Oops! I hit the enter key on the last message. We cannot link Lucinda to her parents as we am not the one who posted Lucinda but we have requested the links to be made from the person who did post Lucinda as they have editorial control. It should show up soon.

RE: Question About Smith Family
The ‘*' on the postings show that the links were made from another posting. For instance, if you link a wife to her husband from her posting the ‘*' will show up on his posting but not on hers. That is why the ‘*' shows up on the parents postings for their children because you can link children to their parents but not parents to their children. I hope this explanation helps.

As for Benjamin Smith and his wife, a direct descendant of Benjamin and Rachel gave the information to the cemetery years ago. I did find a death record for Hiram J noting mother as Rachel Bender. So Rachel was the daughter of Daniel and Susanna Bender? I have two pieces of conflicting information. I think I am going to delete the parental links for Rachel and delete the maiden name while this is investigated further. Thank you so very much for bringing this to our attention. Is your conflicting information ‘Bender'?

Axel Buhl
Hi Yvonne,

I hadn't noticed that I had spelled Axel's first name as Alex. Thank you for all of the information about the Buhl family members.

RE: Thank You for Buhl Photo
Hi Yvonne,

You are very welcome. I'm glad that I had the photo of their marker for you. I just hadn't gotten it posted yet, but I'm slowly working on getting them posted. Any requested photos that I have, get posted immediately.

The family whose graves I had been photographing at the Quincy Cemetery, in Wisconsin, had a relative buried in Greenwood Cemetery as well. She has since been disinterred and moved to the Quincy Cemetery in Wisconsin, to lie beside her parents.

Morehouse graves in Quincy Cemetery
Hello Yvonne,

Sadly, I was at the cemetery for less than an hour. While visiting a childhood friend, we had gone to the cemetery to photograph some of his ancestor's graves, and I photographed some other graves as well. I only took pictures of a small percentage of the markers in the cemetery, and have no additional information regarding your relatives graves. Best wishes on your continued quest to find them.

RE: Big River Cemetery/Mullen

They probably are one in the same. Problem is, No one kept a record of what burials took place there and many did not have headstones. After the Presbyterian church was abandoned and sold and the building was moved. Some of the kin moved their deceased bodies to the Large Cemetery in River Falls, WI. It is in the city limits and on the line of Pierce County and St. Croix County. My Great Grandfather was John McKeever and his first wife was a mullen and there was one or two Mullens that lived close by. I suggest you check the records at St Croix County.

RE: Andrew Smith-Update to Burial Location and Death Date
I lost a lot of information when my computor crashed. Can you tell me where David and his brother are buried so I can link them to their father Andrew?

Since I did not create Eli's memorial I can't link him to his parents but I have requested the links to be made using the "edit" tab on his memorial. Sometimes the owner of the memorials respond quickly sometimes not. Keep checking back to see if it gets done
