The reading came from one done by Thomas F. Lloyd and his students in the 1980's, part of a class project to record Chenango Co. Cemeteries. These readings are available at the County Historian's office, in Norwich, New York. I have found reading errors' before. Do not know condition of George's stone when read, or if any reading errors were made. If I can be of any more help, let me know, Larry

RE: Anna Outman
Hi Elizabeth,
The ones I did at St. James were done by walking through the cemetery. Sally Fenn is a completely different person. Yes there were three Sally Hard headstones in the cemetery each with different death dates and information. I don't know why that person put Sally Fenn's headstone picture on Sally Hard when there is a Sally Fenn in the cemetery.

Mary Ball Willis
Thank you for contacting me about my duplicate memorial for Mary Ball Willis.

I have changed the links that I can and sent all the other edits to Nareen who manages the original Mary Willis memorial. I will delete my memorial for her once I see that some of those edits have been accepted.

Thank you for your work in requesting the tombstone photographs. I was so happy to see a photograph for Benjamin Willis.

As you can see I have entered a few other Willis's so please let me know if you have any other suggestions.

RE: Benjamin Willis in Pentucket Cemetery
I tried to photograph all the Willis' I could find...but if his wife was next to him, her stone must be gone. There seems to be a lot of missing stones in that cemetery, and tons more that have not been photographed. Some are no longer readable, but some are just absolutely amazing! If I make it back to that cemtery, I will be there to photograph every stone. I would have taken more pictures, but my battery was dying and it was starting to rain.

Anna Outman
In response to
The second photo on this memorial ( belongs to a different Anna Outman (d. 1829). I don't know if you can remove it or if the photographer has to. Just wanted to let you know

The person who added the photo has to remove it. I just tried and it didn't give me the option.

Thank You!
Nancy D

Thank you. I've since discovered that he is not the same John E Goodfellow in my tree. Thank you for your help.

RE: John Goodfellow in Needham (MA)
I do have a connection to a JOHN E GOODFELLOW born 26 Jul 1890 in Wayland, MA, but no information on date or place of death. I have not contributed to this find-a-grave memorial, how did you connect to me?

I hate to ask, but is there any hebrew on the back of the large stone? Sometimes the oldest burials in the plot get engraved there, and everyone else gets a footstone. If not, a general shot of the family plot would be nice.

Thanks for all the great photos this past week, nice to see the sun again!
