Ozias Hutchinson
My information about Ozias came from the Hutchinson Family Bible and my Grandmother's diary. I prefer to use her information, as he was her uncle. I guess you just have to make a judgement sometime. If you disagree let me know.

RE: Marker photo for marker of Son of John and Mattie Holley
Robert Gordon Holley, listed as Gordon Holley in our book does not have a plot location listed. However he is listed in the Dewey County Cemeteries book published in 1976.
Please add him as a photo request. Maybe someone will have the opportunity to provide the picture before we get back out to Camargo.
Camargo is a small town in western Oklahoma and the cemetery is about as big as the town. We do not get out that way very often, maybe once or twice a year, but when we do - we usually print out the photo requests and do a quick search as time permits.

RE: Photos for Marion and Harvey Peterson
I put them up on David's memorial. The one of the two side by side is a bit noisy though with the snow and Harvey's being in shadow. I had ro use my relector to overcome the shadows in Harvey's individual one. I can also crop David's down if you'd like. Let me know if you'd like me to e-mail them to you.

RE: Photos for Marion and Harvey Peterson
You're very welcome, JJ. That's great that you are honoring these heroes and their parents. We did get a bunch of snow earlier but it melted when we had a warm snap-now it's back in the deep freeze but I need the sunny days to get decent photos so it's out I go into the burr. Hey, do you want some other photos of this grouping? These Gold Star parents are next to their son and I did take that photo I also have one of David's stone individually that's rather nice. Maybe I'll put them up and you can see them-if you want me to e-mail you these copies let me know. I'm currently working on my virtual cemetery of Vietnam KIA's. I'll make it public when it's finished in a week or so.

RE: Capt Monte Thomas Sloan
Thanks for the information. I read one story where an officer died in World War II. His wife was the widow of a fellow officer when they married. Twice widowed in one war. Very sad.

Capt Monte Thomas Sloan
Find A Grave Memorial# 126267880

Thanks, I was just adding the medals in the Inscription section of his memorial page. Will follow up on the information you sent.

I don't see the Purple Heart listed on his stone.

I noticed the note on your contributor page regarding Carolyn Sloan. As Monte was born in 1937 I would suspect that Carolyn is still living and may have even remarried.

Monte Sloan grave
I uploaded the picture for the grave of Monte Sloan, but there is no record of a Carolyn Sloan being buried in that cemetery. Sorry.

RE: Ronald L. Doolittle & his mother Bertha
Are you involved with the "Virtual Wall" ? There are a number of mistakes in the narrative for my cousin Ronald Lee Doolittle that I would like to get corrected.

Hi, I looked at the documents and see what you saw. However, since she was buried with her first husband and I can't locate death records with either last name, I don't feel comfortable making a name change. I will make a note in the bio. Thanks.
