Samuel Sanders
Hi , in researching Samuel Sanders, I see that you left a note saying that he is your 4th grt grandfather. I do believe that Samuel is my 3rd great grandfather's Jesse Sanders brother. I have proof that Samuel and Jesse settled in the Vermilion area or the Firelands as it was called in Lorain/ Huron county area in Ohio. Jesse stayed on but then there was no other word of Samuel. I see that Samuel was married to Olive Brooks, Jesse was married to Irena Brooks. Do you have any other information on Samuel? Thank you so much for any info that you may have.
Sincerely,
Sheila Sanders Hartsel#48018312

I am not related, but I am working on Tampico Memorial, and have found dozens of obit's in my research.
I have been sending them to the people who have existing memorials if they do not have the obits listed.

# 84603703, Elizabeth J Yohn Hugunin
I've uncovered additional information regarding Elizabeth J Yohn Hugunin, wife of Peter Hugunin both buried in Nevitt Cemetary, Whiteside County Illinois. She was born Elizabeth Jane Slocumb in 1808, White County Illinois and is the daughter of Samuel Slocumb (1783-1859) and Mary Ann Beck (1782-1851). Her mother is buried at Nevitt as well.

Her first marriage was to an Azariah Hoskinson (Haskinson)in 1827. They had four confirmed children: Samuel W (1829-1914) of Clinton, Iowa, Isaac (1832), Charles S. (1835-1866) also buried at Nevitt, and Harriet J (1837). Elizabeth is listed as head of household in the 1840 US and Illinois census, so it appears that Azariah Hoskinson has died by that time.

Her second husband may have been a Benjamin Yohn. They had one child, George Wilhelm Yohn, born in Dec 1842. Elizabeth and the children are at the farm of Alexander and Hannah Laughlin in Newton Township, Whiteside county in the 1850 census. George is listed as a Hoskinson on that census, but I believe that is incorrect. Peter Hugunin and two of his children, Margaret and David are also at the same farm. Peter and Elizabeth were married sometime late in 1850 according to other family trees.

Charles S Haskinson, Elizabeth Jane Slocumb and Mary Ann Beck are some of my direct ancestors.

Ken
Francis and Ann Foster
Hi,

You will have to add Emma to her parents since you were the one that created the memorial. I can only add parents to the children that I have created memorials for. You would think there be an option for everyone to attach families together, but as far as I know, only the person that owns the memorial can add parents to the individual. Francis Foster is #24339584 and Ann (Rouse) Foster is 24339429.

Thanks,
Ken
