St. Peters/Gravell photo
Dawn - thank you for getting the photo of Melissa (Malisea) Gravell's stone. I called the cemetery, but no one answered...I'll try again to see if Joseph is buried near her and does not have a stone or what - anyway, thanks again for all your information and work! If I can ever help you with pedigree research, let me know - I'm not good at the photos! ~Shirleen

Joseph Gravel
Dawn: The strangest thing just happened - the message you sent on August 29th JUST showed up in my mailbox at 8 am this morning! I felt really bad, becuase I have been looking forward to hearing if you found any thing on Joseph or his wife - THANKS SO MUCH for all you have done - I will call the sexton and see if he has a record. I really would like a photo of any stone which might be connected to either of them, even if it is unreadable. Sorry to put you to so much work - I sure hate to see these soldiers lost to history. Thanks, Shirleen

O'Brien Photos

What I mean is a photo showing the whole stone.. I understand what you were trying to do by photographing only the names but a photo also of the front of the stone with nothing cut would also be very nice to see.. that way so one can see what the whole stone looked like.. I do appreciate what you have photographed..

Patrick/Della/William and Dora O'Brien photos
First I would like to thank you for taking the photos of the O'Brien family for me.. but by chance would you have a full view of the family stone and not just close up photos of the names.

Joseph Gravel
Dawn - I am SO excited that you claimed this assignment for a photo for Joseph - Welcome to findagrave! The site has been acting up for almost a week, with the need to "refresh" the pages or resend info - been driving me nuts and I was worried the request had failed, so I left the following note on his memorial in case Find A Grave did not get the info to you:

[Note for photo volunteer:Joseph was a Veteran of the Civil War, serving in the Vermont 6th Infantry. I believe his wife should be buried alongside him [about 1900] Hoping they have stones or a common stone. No idea about location. Let me know if I need to call the cemetery. Thanks!]

I have a satellite phone & can call anywhere in US anytime at no cost, so email me if you want me to call the cemetery & see if they will give a location - sure hope he has a stone! Thanks again, ~Shirleen

LITTLE, Joseph

Thank you sooooooooooooooo much for this photo.
I cannot thank you enough. Looks like some TLC is needed, what a shame!

You are THE best. How can I repay you?
