|Sue Lynn McDaniel||Allcock kin|
I've claimed your photo requests and hope to get out there this week. Right now I'm too exhausted from trying to find Steely Allcock in the Sam Duncan Farm cemetery accessible through a huge cornfield and in horrible condition.
If you are on Facebook and are interested in Warren County, KY cemeteries, please join the public page "Friends of Warren County, Ky., Cemeteries."
Nancy Madison Goodrum is my tie to the Allcocks, what's yours?
You can send a private e-mail to email@example.com.
I work for Kentucky Library Research Collections at WKU's Kentucky Building. I'll be glad to help you if I can.

|Bella Rosa||Rucker Davis in Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain, Lorain, Ohio|
I just happened to have all the cemetery records from Elmwood Cemetery up to the year 2000 at home. I find the burial card for Bertha but nothing for Rucker. I'll contact the cemetery sexton tomorrow and see if he has anything on him. Guess that's all we can do. Hopefully, I'll find a headstone for Bertha but I must tell you, she is buried in Potter's Field and the headstones in that area are few and far between.

|NJBrewer||RE: Willis D. Ennis|
I'm sorry I am unable to help you. She isn't listed in Park Cemetery records under any of the names you gave, but not to mean she isn't buried somewhere in this area and just not listed. So many different things play into where she may be. There is another old cemetery here that she could be buried in, but there is not a complete set of records because they burned up in a fire in 1926. She could have been buried on private property somewhere and we wouldn't know it. Just because she hasn't been located doesn't mean she isn't around here. I do a lot of newspaper research from the microfilm of the early day papers, and if I find anything in the newspaper I'll let you know. Be sure to leave a flower on the page for Willis Ennis so I'll know how to get back to you if I do.

I am confused as to what I should do to this page. I would like to transfer it to you if that is all right. I am afraid I will get it messed up.

Someone has already posted a grave photo for Mr. Pritchard. I noticed you had a request for it.

Hello again Myrtle, I've made memorials for any of the 8 that I took photos of, and didn't already have one. So you'll be able to view all of their stones easily. You're welcome. Happy wandering and wondering, Loretta

|Loretta (Willis) Rainey-Fones||Joseph Tuley|
Hi Myrtle, I'm getting ready to fill your photo request for Joseph Tuley. I wanted to share with you a couple of things first. There is one large stone, the only inscription on it, is TULEY on one side, and WILLIS on the other. In front of the Tuley side, there are 4 single stones, that of Mary Susan, Joseph, Louis and Clarence. (Please note that the date of birth and date of death for Clarence on your memorial for him, do not match to that of the stone. On the reverse of this large "TULEY" stone, is "WILLIS". In front of the WILLIS side are 4 more single stones. Those of : Louise C., William A., Eliza J., and Jennie Mason. "Each Day Counts", Loretta

|Susan Hill||Walter Winston Jr.|
I have photographed your Winston's markers but wanted to explain that there were more Winston markers other than what you requested. I photographed them also and added them to their Find A Grave sites.
The fungus at is on some of the markers was so thick, but I do not disturb the marker and photograph is as it is.
I do hope this is satisfactory.

I did look for both Willis and Clarence H. I even located their plot numbers on our Lamar county website but I did not find them. I thought I would check with the overseer at the cemetery and see if I can pinpoint exactly where those plots are. Are you interested in a photo of the plot if there is no stone there? We are to have beautiful weather this week, so perhaps I will get a chance to go again soon. Beverly

LIKE I said under the picture remind me in the spring and I will try again to get a better picture when they have gone through and trimmed the stones. There was also a Elizabeth and a Frank buried next to her let me know if you want their pictures or just post a memorial and a photo request and I will post them.

|PJ Stanley||RE: Palina|
Hi Myrtle! To my knowledge the name Palina was not passed down in my family. Although, I suppose my name is a derivative/variant of that name...having the same meaning...I do not believe my parents were aware of the original Palina when they named me. (That would have been pretty cool if they did though!)

Thank you so much for your information! I have seen you on ancestry.com and you have a treasure trove of information! It has been so interesting to look through your tree! My grandfather's father (James Lee) died when my grandpa was very young. My grandpa had to quit school when he was in 4th grade to help his mother run their restaurant. We had very little information on his side of the family, so it has been an adventure searching it out over the last few months. I'm still pretty new to this type of research, so well-documented trees like yours have been so very helpful to me!! Thanks again!

She didn't have a photo, though she did say she knew the house b/c she'd been in it many times. I have a photo in a book called "An Album of Early Warren County Landmarks" by Irene Moss Sumpter.

Myrtle, did you enter the info for this cemetery (directions, etc)? I went to try and find it today and found a lady who said she'd been in the house many times and that it had been torn down. I haven't located the cemetery yet. I thought if you were the one to enter this cemetery, you could update the info to include that the house is no longer standing. -- Amy
