Hi James my name is Marvin Hutcheson John Lewis Hutcheson was my GGGgrandfather he was born in Jun 1824 Died 1899 he is buried out side of Soperton in the Hutcheson cemetery. In the picture we have all of his children and wife plus an AUNT. I will try and name them all for you. Aunt Nancy Smith Left Checkered blouse, John Lewis man with beard, Americus, Christopher my GGgrandfather, Lewis "Luke", Martha, Nancy, Merida, Rebecca, John P, Joseph, Penina Jane, Shadrack Shade. Last but not least GGGgrandma Peninia Jane "Penny" Miller. Hope this will help you

James, My father was Richard Meeks, and grandfather was Linton Mayfield (Fields) Meeks, son of Turner Lee.

Received your message about the photo on his memorial. I belive it is from an old family portrait. Lewis is the older gentleman on the left. I don't know who the others are as it was posted by my cousin, marvin hutcheson, who was the creator of this memorial. If I learn anything new, I'll let you know. How are you connected? Lewis's brother, Ira Josiah Hutcheson, is my GGG Grandfather.
