Hannah Worden not west
Hannah Worden and George Coon. Not Hannah West.

Dawn Herrick
Coon/Worden
I am a descendant of George Coon and Hannah West. I just recently starting researching again and have finally gotten back to their marriage in Oxford Ontario in 1851. They moved to Flushing Michigan in 1854. I am descended from their son Arthur Koan and Nora Baldwin. I have seen another version of their tree online but that information is incorrect as my George Coon is the Son of Peter Coon and Julia Brady and Died in Midland Michigan in 1908. I am Seeking more information on Hannah if you have it.

Thanks

Dawn

Grant W. Sullivan
12th great-grandson of Peter Worden (1569-1639)
Hi Debbie,

I'm writing to let you and other WORDEN's know that I am a WORDEN Descendant. I saw today that you are to Owner of the Memorial for my 12th great-grandfather Peter Worden (1569 - 1639), buried in East Dennis, Barnstable, Cape Cod, Mass.

I'm descended from Peter Worden II (1609-1681)'s son Dr. Samuel Worden.

My line is Samuel, Isaac, William, Ebenezer, Abial, Pardon, Mary (WORDEN) Lindsley, wife of Agur Lindsley. Mary (1802-1874) was my 4th great-grandmother.

Thanks,
Grant Sullivan, Jr.

Thank you!
Hello,

Thank you for the added WORDEN information, I have updated the memorials.

I have not worked on the WORDEN family very much since my husband passed away.

Have a wonderful day!

Ann Worden Howe
The gravestone has her name listed as I entered it. My assumption is the name Howe was a second marriage for her, but she was buried with Jeremiah. You will also find her at Norwich 1900 under the surname Howe. If you have anything supporting "Howe" as a maiden name I would love to see it- thanks.

I was not the original contributor and did not list her name as Donelson (which is probably more accurate still it is Irish in origin). I wasn't aware that the memorial had been transferred to me but it has been updated, with respect.

Oh, THAT tiger! I have no idea what happened to it.

Would you like me to transfer the Sabadash family to you? I've entered:

Mary Sabadash Busch (and her husband, Rudolph E. Busch, Sr)
Ann Sabadash Knowles
Virginia Sabadash Robertson
Charles W. Sabadash, Sr
Michael Sabadash
Rose Gillotte Sabadash
Sophia Sabadash

Since you know more about them than I do, you can more to the memorials than I ever could. Let me know.

Keep cool!

Re: Woodmere Cemetery
Me again.

Didn't know if you knew of the Woodmere Cemetery Research web site:

http://www.woodmerecemeteryresearch.com/records.php

You can do 10 lookups per day.

Hope that helps, and my apologies if you knew about this already.

Re; Sabadash
Got your note. Michael & Sophia Sabadash are buried across the road from Rose & Charles. I haven't photographed their graves yet (been too hot to get back out there). I know of the Sabadash family as well (not a relation) and the business they owned--I am from the area. As soon as I go back there I will try and get their graves photographed and added--they are buried very near some of my relatives, so I know the location well.

Charles' sister Virginia is not buried at Woodmere--could find no record of a Virginia Robinson--unless the record is missing.

Thanks for the information, and if there's any corrections, please let me know.

Take care!

Sadly I confess that I can make a string of excuses to not attend a family reunion of the living, but I'll drive five states away on a weekend to say Howdy to the dead!

RE: Elizabeth Warren Worden
Hi Debby, I grew up summer camping in Lexington, but was raised mainly in Fenton. I had no clue back then that Grand Blanc, Fenton, Atlas, and Lapeer cemeteries held so many kith and kin. No one has been interested in ancestry in my family until me--a couple of years ago. I left MI at 18 and have lived literally all over the world. Currently I am a seminary student in Richmond, IN. I still have family in MI, so when I come up, I visit ALL the folk!

It sounds like you stretch your wings also, if you are covering a Grand Blanc cemetery. It is fun, isn't it?!

I'm related to about a third of the cemetery, but not the Wordens. I love that little cemetery and visit it every time I travel to Michigan.

RE: Elizabeth
Hi Debby,

You had just sent me the maiden name Warren to add to Elizabeth Worden's profile. Her number is 73203842. I understand your confusion. I work on many parts of my tree at once. It is sometimes difficult to track the communications I have out.

Hi Debby,

Thank you for the correction. I would be happy to transfer Elizabeth to you if she is family (which it strongly appears to be!). Just send me your member number and Elizabeth's number again, and I'll send her back where she belongs.

Thank you for your note. I am not related to the Ronans. If you would go ahead and add the grave pics, that would be great. Appreciate your additions.

No I don't personally know, I just tried to document the family. I'm 20 minutes from Dearborn. If this is the Union Chapel cemetery I tried to research more on the family to add more to the memorial.
