Orpha Doubleday
Hi Deb, I see that you maintain the pages for Oliver and Sarah Doubleday. I wanted to let you know that I found a child in Greenwood Cemetery. I also located the connection in the US Census of 1880. I thought you'd be interested in knowing this information. I have linked Orpha to her parents.

RE: Colfax Cedar grove
My sincerest apologies for taking so long to reply. Thank you vey much for your efforts. The picture is great. I know it can be difficult with some older stones. I always admire the late 1800 early 1900 markers that are made of metal. They still look great.

Deb,

Again Thank you. I love how you took the closeup. I do it the same way out here in western Kansas. The wind blows so much it wears away the Gravestone markings.
If I could have your permission I would like to copy hers & Albert s photos to my Ancestry site.

Thank You
Jomama

Albert Lawton
Deb,
Thanks for getting out taking his picture. Albert is kind of a distant relative of mine by way of the Murray's. I only get back to Norwich about every 4 or 5 years now. I know what effort it takes to get photos at any cemetery in the Norwich area.

Again thank you very much,

Jomama ( AKA Little Joey) as I was Known by Murray/ Lawton Clan

Thank you so much for these photo's, very interesting layout, great job. I like to use a water bottle on the marker face, it seems to bring out the dates on a sunny day...

Amelia Rynkiewicz
Deb,

Do you happen to have a straight forward shot of Amelia's headstone as I amnot able to read the inscription on the picture that you placed on her memorial because of the angle that the picture was taken? I would really appreciate it.

God Bless,

John J. Rynkiewicz (JJRynk@hotmail.com)

Thank you

Gilbert Beebe
Deb,

Many thanks for the photos for Gilbert Beebe's memorial, and your efforts to clarify information. I updated his information based on the photos and more corroborating records. I can't explain why the internment was in 1867, other than he may have been buried somewhere else first. I would love to see his pension file, assuming he had one. If more information is found, we can update his memorial accordingly.

I had to assume that the name "George" in the Headstone record was an error after finding more info and looking at all of the information as a whole.

Thanks again for your help with this,
