Hi Peggy, thank you for the kind words. I'm so glad you liked the book! If you would like to maintain Louisa's memorial, I will be happy to make a transfer. Just let me know.

You are quite welcome. Thank you for creating and maintaining Edna's memorial. I have sent you a short bio (through the Find A Grave edit system) of her for your consideration as an addition to her memorial.

Seems I connect to almost everyone of the people buried in Pine Bluff Cemetery too.. But the Ritchie, Ritchey family line, as I genetically matched that lineage... I have no knowledge of family link.. I also match a Eva Potter Lineage and have no knowledge of that line.. Do you know how we link to Either of those lines?

I plan to eliminate all dup that are being created by Find-a-Grave contributors.
I too walked and photographed the entire cemetery.
It's a small but beautiful cemetery.

|Katie Nelson||RE: Ida Myers Knight|
It does seem like it would be an error the way the edit is worded but there are actually two Martin Knights in the cemetery. Ida Knight's husband was Dr. Martin Luther Knight (1869-1914) and her son was Martin Luther Knight, Jr. (1909-1975). The edit just says Martin Knight but if you go to the memorials you can see the entire name. I'm sorry it was so confusing. I appreciate your help and also everything you do for the Find a Grave project.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all you do here on Find A Grave. I work for an elderly lady who has been trying to get past a dead end on her family tree for years. I have also tried to help with this dead end.
I wanted to let you know that because of information you have posted here in Natchez City Cemetery, Adams County, MS we may very well be near to getting past that dead end. Needless to say we are both extremely excited.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Sorry it has taken me so long to answer! I do not know if she was called "Mary". Will try to research that a bit more. Thank you so much.

Peggy Sue -- Thank you so very much for the 'thank you.' As I get older, I find that I really appreciate someone taking the time to simple say 'thank you.' BTW, you are most welcome! If there's anyone else in the area that you need a photo of, please don't hesitate to make the request!

Hi there! I was in the Sharon cemetery this morning. I was able to locate the monument of Eustus Knight and his wife for you.
I did not 'claim' the request but I will be adding the photo for you asap.

Hi, her obituary was on the funeral home's website (and I suspect both the Eunice News and Lafayette Daily Advertiser as well). She was a good friend of my parents.

I don't know, there are a lot of Teutsches in that area, though. There are also quiet a few in North Louisiana. If I see anything about it, I will let you know.

Thank you for trying to photograph my ggg grandmother's gravestone. I imagine it was knocked down/ destroyed over the years by the highway mowers or a wayward car. From family records we know she is there & from your excellent description of the cemetery, it sounds like she is in one of the now unmarked, sunken gravesites.

Thank you SO much for searching for James' gravestone! Your thorough description of his family cemetery helped me understand why his stone can't be found. I added that info in a note on his Find-a-Grave memorial page so people will know asking for a photo is fruitless.

Please note that the Amite County & Genealogical Society has added a few photos to this cemetery. Two overview photos are awaiting your approval.
*Also please note that for the grave marked "Ervin" we can now see his name was Erwin Cassedy Cobb. Father's initials are also on this marker so that is of value as well.

|Bonnie D.||RE: The Knights of Washington Parish|
I'm not related to the Knight family. I formerly worked at the Washington Parish Library and helped people doing family history. Since I'm no longer there, it is difficult since I don't have access to the records.
I do have some records at home if that will help you. I have a good many obits.
If you need a look-up, I will glad check my records, just let me know the names.
