William White
Hi Anonymous, I got your photo request today but my health won't let me walk cemeteries anymore. I did go on his memorial and asked Kes Truelove who has John's memorial if he would take a photo, but if he is in the area, he may have gotten the request also. After checking the 24 Whites buried there, William and his sister, Anny, are the only 2 that don't have stone photos, so I'll bet that they don't have one or Allan Helderman who has done extensive work there, would have already taken one. Truelove is a relative so if I were you, I'd contact him. Also, there are no Arnolds listed as buried in Old Union. There are 45 Marys, but no Mary Arnold. Thank You, Jim Jones

RE: Photo Request Fulfilled
You're very welcome. No I don't know any of them. I just photographed a section of the cemetery. Are you on Ancestry?

RE: Transfer error
Transfer that memorial back to me if possible. I will transfer the one you requested to you. I am sorry for the mistake - someone had ask for an update on the one I sent you. I must have gotten them confused. My Find A Grave number is 46965233. Please let me know if it won't let you transfer it back.

Hi,
I was not able to make it to the cemetery because of heavy rains the day I was there. You would have to look at deed records (I believe these are in the Knox County Archives, but not sure) to find out if the cemetery was on his land. The church used to be here and the building still stands, but the congregation move to a new building about 1/2 mile away in the '80s or early '90s. Good luck.

Hi,
I am not sure if I turned this memorial over to Reverend Larry or not. If I did, he deleted it and made his own. I do not currently have a photograph of this memorial. I will be out in the Farragut area during the second week of August and will try to go by the cemetery. It is located about 2 miles from where I grew up so I know it well. I currently live in the Denver area. Good luck in your quest. I will contact you and add the photograph if I am successful.

RE: Samuel Ledgerwood
Yes!
I realized tonight by reading Marian Ledgerwood's book "The Ledgerwood Family" the same thing that you just shared. Wow! I have a duplicate memorial for Sara Ledgerwood. 83906711 vs 41815494. Marian traced Sarah to Indiana. There is a flock of Ledgerwoods there. 20 or 30. I have tried to get into this several times, but until now I have never had the days to really fix things.
I need to re-figure out my linage. My Great Grandmother was Rachel Ledgerwood. She married James William Taylor in 1868 and they proceeded to have 13 children. Rachel's father, my great great grandfather was William Ledgerwood (1811-1898).
Many Blessings!
Rev. Larry

Samuel Ledgerwood
Hi
I believe my line comes through Samuel Ledgerwood, the 6th child of William (1700-1791) and Agnes Ledgerwood. I believe he was born after the family arrived in the new world. I am still trying to find more information regarding Samuel. I have the Book "The Ledgerwood Family" by Marian Ledgerwood, but even that leaves the question. I will set up a memorial for Samuel and delete the connection to James.
Many Blessings!

I just transferred her memorial to you. I see I made some errors so you can correct them and add things as you go along. If you didn't want the transfer just send it back to me.
