Wayne Mehr (son of Paul and Josephine)
My relationship to Wayne and his parents is a few generations back -- his father was my father's third cousin, and Wayne is my fourth cousin. I would be honored to have them, but only if you want. ;)

I sent Edits for his place of birth and death, and his middle name.

You know, on the Edit tab on your main page....

RE: William C. Kingrey
Thank you for offering to transfer, but I don't have a connection to him. I'm transcribing records from a funeral home in Mount Clemens, Michigan, which is very near the Selfridge Air Force Base in Harrison Township, Michigan.

The records indicate that A/2cl William Chester Kingrey was born in Virginia City, MT and that his funeral was held at the Wilson Funeral Home in Philipsburg, MT. He was a jet mechanic with the First Field Maintenance Squadron at Selfridge Air Force Base.

Keep up the good work!

Thank you very much for the quick work on these; I really appreciate it! The two ladies (Bodaks) were my mother's cousins.

Have a great weekend!

Thank you so much for your photo of the Charlotte Schoonover headstone. With your permission, may I add the photo to my ancestry.com family tree and credit you as being the photographer?

Thank you for everything you do.

RE: Bodak
Thank you for the quick transfers!

The only other ones that I can think of at this point would be Rosella's sons, Kenneth A. (d. 1998) and Merle E. (d. 1997). The records I have show they both died in Granite county, but I do not have burial locations.

I have recently submitted edit requests to Rebekha for the parents' memorials, plus a couple of the other kids there; I think I will wait to see what kind of response I get to those before I write to request a transfer outside the Find A Grave guidelines.

Have a great weekend!

RE: Philipsburg, Mt
Thank you for the quick edits and the kind offer! The Bodaks were my mother's first cousins, so I don't fall within the official Find a Grave guidelines, but I certainly would welcome a transfer and take good care of them.

I also placed photo requests for Helen & Rosella and their husbands. If you already have photos of their gravestones, you might want to claim them so someone else won't need to make a special trip.

Thanks again!

Bill
RE: Rombauer
Thank you Barb.

Upon completion of my research and updating i WILL transfer them ALL back to you.

His brother, Rapheal G Rombauer ashes have been found after 102 years in St Louis, and we have his wife plus two of the five children in Park Cemetery, Carthage, MO.

I am in process of trying to get the ashes to be buried next to his wife with a government GAR vertical Civil War marker placed, and it looks like I will be the only (same as restoring a forty year abandoned cemetery in W V, with some others helping) interested enough to get it done and foot the bill. Found their mother in California, father in Iowa and others have transferred family members so we can do justice to this most honorable Hungarian immigrant family.

Thank you for your help.

Thank you Barb!

I would dearly love to add more to his life if you would like to transfer him to me, ~ ~ ~ then when finished I will, if you want, transfer him back to you. We are doing this whole family of Hungarian immigrants who have done heroic things for our country since arriving Sep 1851.

Tom Hamilton
RE: Naef family
Thank you Barb,
My grandparents, Tom and Ida Bell O'Connor were married in Hailey, Idaho and a year later my mother, Mary Louise O'Connor was born. They then moved to Philipsburg where Tom farmed. They had two children in Philipsburg, Lawrence (Bud) O'Connor and Thomas who died at birth. My mother went to Montana St. Normal school to become a school teacher and taught in a one room school house on Rock Creek. She left in about 1930 for greener pastures in Los Angeles, Ca. She worked for Phoenix Mutual insurance there and met my father Herbert M. Hamilton who was in the insurance business as well. They were married in 1935 and I was born in 1940. My mother died in 1956 from a three year fight with cancer.
Thanks,
Tom Hamilton

Hi,
My name is Thomas W. Hamilton and I am Tom O'Connor's grandson. My grandmother is Ida Bell Kelley O'Connor. I guess there are no survivors from the Naef family?? I know he was married to her for a year before she died.
Thanks,
Tom

Hi Barb,

William Mowerson is a great uncle of mine, so it would be appreciated if you would transfer him. William and his brother who was my grandfather moved west from Bergen County.

RE: Quinn
Thank you very much! My plan is to add detail to each one I manage, especially with the ones who married more than once. I already added a little detail to Lillie's. I agree that there should be another way to search ... it took me a long time to figure out my great-great-grandmother because no one on my side had ever mentioned she had remarried. And none of us know to who. There appears to be no record of him.

Les McQuade, Helmville
Thank you for your work listing the burials at St Thomas Cemetery in Helmville. I did not think there was any chance of finding Les McQuade's grave although his death certificate says he was buried in Helmville. Can you tell me if he has a gravestone or if he is just in the list of persons buried at the cemetery? Thanks, Ann

I think we did see JE Bailey in our search - we will go on another day and renew effort. I see son John R doesn't have a headstone photo - we will try and search for the site and take a photo.

RE: Charles & June Courtney
Thank you for the offer to transfer Charles and June, but June is a distant cousin and I never met her. I am searching my family tree and just happened to have the information available to send you. I also manage several memorials and I know how I appreciate any little detail to add to my memorials. Thank you for adding the information.
