photo edit please
Hi Donny,
Im writing to request an edit on a photo you submitted on FindAGrave, for a Mr Henry Wilson in the Ridges Cemetery, also known as the Athens Asylum Cemetery in Athens Ohio .
It is
Find A Grave Memorial# 111899064

The grave data was misidentified for this veteran, and a family member has come forward with corrected and verified info. A new stone was laid this week with correct Civil War information,
and so wed like you to delete a prior photo you took. The page manager (Matt Tackett) tells me he can not remove it, but only the person who downloaded it. ???
So please give this attention.
Thanks so much for the work you do!

RE: Re: JJ Johnson
I just found some of your info on ancestry.com. I see that the divorce between Lucy and Mr. Johnson occurred in 1952? And they were married in 1930? This couldn't be him, then. He and Zella married in 1927 and he died in 1960, still married to Zella. Unless he was committing bigamy and had two wives and hid them from one another...this couldn't be him.

RE: Re: JJ Johnson
According to Zella and his marriage certificate, he was born in NC. In 1930, she was living with her sister and brother-in-law and he was not. In 1940, they were living together with their daughter. The 1940 census says he was born in WV. So I'm not sure where he was born. I added another picture of him on his memorial for you to look at.

I don't know a whole lot about him. He was married to my great aunt, Zella Harper. Their only child, Nancy Johnson Fitzgerald, passed away not too long back. My uncle might know if he was or not, I will see if I can find out for you.

Will you please tell me exactly how to get there? The "lovely gate" I came across was not lovely at all, it was a gas company gate that said do not enter. Well me being me I went through it anyway and I walked and I walked and I walked and found nothing. I even went down the hill and found the lake that looked like it was straight out of a Jason movie. I compared it to the google map and the lake was on it too but no cemetery. Can you please help me please!!!

RE: Casto Fisher cemetery cont'd.
Donny,
The book came out of the Jackson County Library, either Cemetery Listings I or Cemetery Listings II. I will double check and hopefully find the correct cemetery to put these folks in. Please give me awhile to do this, my husband is in ICU and I am very limited with my time at this point.
Thanks again,
Tereasa

RE: Casto Fisher cemetery
Donny,
I am transcribing names from cemetery books from the jackson county library. Are there more than one casto fisher cemetery? Do you know if any of the names that I added have stones in the cemetery there? I certainly do want to straighten this out.
Thank you so much for contacting me about this.

Hi Donny.
Thanks for the directions. I know about where it is now. We were at Graceland last Tuesday and did not have time for galavanting around, but the next trip up we will scout it out.
