Rocco Florio #119856186
Hi Casey. Two of your memorials are the brothers of my father-in-law, and a third was his father's first wife. I've sent edit requests to connect them to the memorial I created for his father and other family members. Do you have more information on Rocco Florio #119856186, also in San Carlo cemetery? My fil's father was Rocco too, but he was buried in Pennsylvania in 1957. I'm curious if your Rocco is connected somehow. Thanks so much! ~Alaine

Thanks again for your information. I finally contacted the cemetery and they gave me the information on grandma's grave site. I put a photo request in and it was fulfilled in a couple of hours. So now my memorial to her is complete.

The large concrete in-ground marker has Elizabeth's stone (pic attached to her record) as well as a stone for Alexander C and Kathryn A Olivera. Dates for Alexander are 1916-2002 and for Kathryn they are 1918, with no date of death.
Wording on the marker says "loving parents of eleven children."

Elizabeth's marker was one of two within a larger in-ground marker, but the name on the other one was not Sam Putrin. Will swing by again and find out the name.

You and the memorial are quite right. I guess my fingers tripped over themselves. Thanks for the correction.

Martin Santoski - # 73008245
Dear Casey:

Martin Santoski would be my great uncle, and I would very much appreciate a photo of his grave. I am curious to know if others of that surname are buried around him, too.

A big thanks in advance,

Paul Horvat

Hi Casey. Welcome to Find A Grave. If you are a relative of Mr. White I would be happy to transfer management of the site to you. That way you could add more information as you get it. My objective is to upload all the stones in Gethsemane Cemetery. Getting there slowly but surely. Sue

Hi Casey:

Welcome to Find-A-Grave. Thanks for your note. I love to take photos of old stones, and the Maplewood Historic Cemetery has many. We are fortunate to have many old cemeteries in northwest Indiana.

I have noticed that you have taken some photos at Rosehill in Chicago. My ggg-grandparents are in fact buried at that cemetery. They had been re-interred from the Lincoln Park Cemetery. There isn't a memorial for them on the site, but I have been there, and have photos.

Once again welcome, and let me know if I can help you with any family history in the area.

Tina
