Hi! In regards to your photo request, can you please call the cemetery and obtain the grave location (Section & Lot numbers) and ask them whether or not there is a grave marker? Please post this information to the memorial or send it to me.

Oakridge-Glen Oak Cemetery: 708-344-5600

Oakridge-Glen Oak is a huge cemetery with well over 30,000 burials, and the information is needed in order to find someone there and take a photo of a grave. I go here regularly, and I should be able to take a picture shortly after receiving the grave location.

Thank you! Ace

Emil Oechsler
Emil was cremated at the Fresh Pond Crematory but the remains are NOT in the Columbarium. The index card number is 65784. For a fee of $35 the crematory office will research where the ashes went. You may call the office at 718-821-9700.

Keith Kirkpatrick
I took the photos today of the grave of Keith Schilling Kirkpatrick. Sorry it took me so long! I also photographed the inscription of his wife Mary Elizabeth, which is on the reverse side of the marker. I will post that to her memorial.

Paul Dobrogowski
Joseph Berlage-Union Cemetery
I stopped at Graceland Cemetery (they maintain the records for Union now) to get the location of the grave at Union Cemetery. He is buried in Section 9, Block 4, Lot 9. I looked for the grave in the right area and believe it is unmarked.

Anna Coverdale
Finally got the picture of Anna's stone on her memorial. The location in the cemetery is Block 3 Lot 9 Grave 1. There is a John Coverdale 1849-1917 same location at Grave 2, and Isabella 1852-1934 at Grave 4. Would you like the pictures?

Joseph Coverdale
If you would like me to try to get a better shot just let me know. I have a better camera now and it may show up better using it. Some of the Coverdale stones were a bit hard to read I think it is also because of the type of stone. Just let me know. I work in Elk Point so I can always stop after work some night.

How would you like to get the other Coverdale headstone pictures? Went to Joseph's page is there any way that you can change the cemetery info to the Elk Point Cemetery?

Bauman/wightman/henderson
Anne,
There is no marker for the Bauman/Wightman/Henderson family members buried at Huntington Rural. There is a small tree planted in the center of the plot.

Yay!!!! Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you!!! I am very interested in exchanging family history with you! My dad is Jesse's son. He and my mom live about a mile from me. He just turned 81 this month!
I wish I had more time to put together family history. I started to quite a few years ago on a computer, but it crashed and I lost a bunch of it. I think it is very important to have family "stories" and history written down.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon!!!!

Lisa
