LaFountain graves in St. Josephs in Keene
I stopped by on my way home to see if I could snag a photo for you. The grave that I remembered was for her parents. I will stop by again...I tend to spend a lot of time out driving. :D But I grabbed her parents' stone for you... I will hunt her down. Her babies are buried in the section that is close to the road, near the fence. So she must be close by.

Thank you for your kind words. Your dedication has inspired me to try to add a snippet of bio to more of my memorials, but I'm still just a photographer who dabbles in ancestry. Think Spring, despite the snow! Donna

Reynolds family group Monument
Thank you so much for the wonderful photo of the monument for this family group. It is so clear and crisp. Also thank you for taking photo of all four sides--I think the lack of clear photo may have contributed to misunderstandings about this cemetery documentation.
They certainly did have large families in the "old days". I appreciate your cooperation in helping me get the chapter clarified and written on this family group. It is so meaningful.
Now that "who and when" in cemetery records have been reconciled with my own family letters, photos and documents, a fuller picture emerges and I will be adding the stories to the individual family group members. Wonderful.....
Best, D. Montgomery

Thank you for all your work in photographing and identifying some many of this family group. I appreciate your research on a complex of seemingly similar family names. If I only lived closer I would offer to help. There seem to be so many yet undocumented old cemeteries in Bristol Co.
Best Regards

RE: LaFountain photos
I did, but I didn't take a picture. She is acutally buried way in the back of the cemetery...her sons are buried up near the front. I will try to get back up there soon to take a photo. Make sure you add a request, if possible...I grab a list of the requests when I hit the cemteries. :D

Hi Carol,

I was working on my family and submitted the wrong maiden name for Violet. I've resubmitted it - sorry for the extra work. I had too many windows open. Thanks for all the work you do - you've added many of my relatives in the Onset/Wareham/Mattapoisett area.

Thank you for your work. The Braley family used to spell the name with an i= Brailey. I found family here due to your diligence and photograph of their stones. This makes a difference for so many people. Know that I appreciate all your efforts. I wish I lived nearer and could help.

Your Message
Hey there and Happy New Year! Not sure I know what you meant by your message. I'm sure you are right but I don't know what to do. I think you mean I should post the certificate some other way but I don't know what to do. Help. I think I have done that to memorial so this guidance will set me on the correct path. Thanks. Ray

Wm Reynolds memorial photo
Hello Carol. Thank you for your wish to add yet another cemetery landscape photo to this memorial. I do not prefer that you add any photo of any landscape for this memorial. I am sorry that this was not clear in my earlier communications.I think the photo that FindAGrave has chosen as a default cemetery photo is good. Perhaps you could find some other memorial for your landscape photo. Have a nice day. D. Montgomery

Hi Carol,

Thank you for this entry. I found it when I searched for my old Journalism professor. I'm sad to learn she's gone, but I appreciate being able to learn about it. Thank you for your work.

My parents graves
A Huge thank you and hug for taking the time to add my Mom and Dad (Anita L. and Francis E. Sardinta) to the Evergreen Cemetery in Dartmouth, Ma. You did a beautiful job photographing the grave and it means even more to me since I am currently living 2000 miles away in Texas. I also have 2 uncles and an aunt buried there and you did a beautiful job with theirs also. Plus many many neighbors and friends graves from the Old Fall River Rd. in N. Dartmouth. Again, Thank you from my heart. Sincerely, Steven F. Sardinta

Samson/Sampson in Alms Cem.
I got your msg and have deleted Samson. While both were in the documents, I see they are indeed dups. Sampson listed her parents as Sampson so I kept that one and deleted the other. Thanks for letting me know!

You wrote a msg to me a while ago:
"I believe this is a duplicate of another one you created. Parents and dates match."

I've updated both memorials with some notes. They are 2 separate people. One an infant and one a 37 or old.

Take care,

Thank You!
Thank you for the photos of Jonathan & Sarah Smith's headstones! That was really fast! I'm guessing that either Ann didn't have one or I've sent this before you could get it uploaded :)

The photos make a great contribution to the page!

Weeks family
I just ran across a whole slew of my family that you had photographed in Evergreen Cemetery, and I just had to stop by your page and say Thank You! It is so awesome to click on a name, find them in my tree, and see exactly how they are related AND see their grave! Thank you so much for all your hard work!

Ledoux, Sweet, Seweet, etc.
FYI I finally found the headstone for Frank (118244896) & Julia (118245573) at St. Bernard's, Fitchburg. It was tucked away in an area that's being overtaken by brush. I was actually clearing the brush around the headstone for Henry & Irene Rivers when I accidently found it.

I'll need to return to clear more brush, and plan to take better photos as well.
