M. D. Hogg @ Harmony Cemetery
You recently did an edit request to add her parents David Washington Upton & Susan Rebecca Tomlin Upton. I also added Upton as her maiden name. If you know her full first and middle names, I would be glad to add them also. If you are related and would like me to transfer her memorial, I would be glad to.

William P. Estep
Did a quick check in the book Thomas Estep Sr. by Vidal et al and unfortunately the authors weren't able to find the parents of your William, other than he was married to Sarah. And that his son was Zachariah Taylor Estep who eventually married Sarah Kidd. Census data listed were 1850 Campbell Co., GA and 1870 and 1880 Heard Co., GA censuses. Z. T. Estep's service during the war was also mentioned. It does look like the marriage likely took place in TN for William and Sarah.

Benjamin Franklin Lovelady
Thank you, Hank, very much for sharing the obituary of Benjamin F. Lovelady which I've inserted into his biography.

I have connections to your areas and my last contact was a distant cousin Gertrude (Walker) Stone who lived in Newnan. I look forward to seeing what all you've posted.

I also have an Estep line but they did not live in Georgia. Came from North Carolina to Lauderdale Co., Alabama where they changed the spelling to Eastep. My line then picked up roots and settled in east Texas when this big state became part of United States. Moses Estep (grandson of Thomas Estep Jr. of Rowan Co., NC) -- Abraham Eastep (moved to TX) -- Elizabeth Ann Eastep, wife of Phillip J. Pryor, my great-grandparents.
