RE: Hamilton Cemetery, SC
Shirley, That cem. is rather hard to find, but I think I may be able to get you there. If you go to Whitmire, SC and head toward Carlisle. You will cross a bridge before you get to Carlisle. Just after you cross this bridge there will be a small road (really just a path)on the left, there may be a chain across the road. Pull up to get off the highway and look up on the hill to the left. You will need to cross the chain and climb up the hill. The cem. is on top. You may be able to see the stones if it is not all grown up.

RE: Ralph Stewart #142136289
Thanks for adding the bio. Now once you accept the edits I sent his memorial will be as complete as we can make it.

I am distantly related but don't feel a need to "own" his memorial if you are willing to continue to make updates. I am not a collector of memorials but will gladly take the transfer of Ralph and his wife if you just want to get rid of them and send them along to a family member - as I like to do.

Thanks for your help.

Glad I could clear that up for you! I live in western NC and these are my grandparents. I am wondering since this is a cemetery you are working in if you can locate my great grandmother's grave as well. Her full name is Ida Maybell Dye O'Donnell b. 1889 d. 1945. I was told she was buried there.

Thanks for your kind assistance.

Thank you for photographing my Grandfather's grave marker! His sister's Ruth's ashes were buried with him which is why she is mentioned on the marker.

Warm Regards,

I'm using a book the historical society has it states William A. Stewart 10/18/1848 7/23/1905 56yrs 1 m interment 7/27/1905 section 14. I will have to get the other book to give you the details but I would guess he's in the lot next to here in the picture.
