RE: John P Edwards - Brock Cemetery
Thank you so much! I will take good care of him!

It looks as though there is a paragraph of inscription on the stone. Can any of it be read? I'm really having some difficulty finding his link in Wales, so anything at all will be helpful.

John P Edwards - Brock Cemetery
You found him! I have been searching for my great great grandfather for several years (prior to 2013) and pretty much gave up. Just renewed Ancestry and decided to try again, and up the hint popped from FindAGrave. Would like very much to add information regarding the ship he came to America on with his young wife and 7 month old daughter...sailing ship, no less. What a wonder. If you would transfer this to me, I would love it, but if not, I understand. Please let me know and I can re-count the details of his crossing to you for addition on his memorial page. THANK YOU for finding my lost G-G-Granddaddy!

Thanks for sending it. It was much appreciated, and I had not found the church record before, so that was a nice fringe benefit.

Augusta Buchspies
Thanks for the heads up on Augusta in the church records. Her death certificate says Fountain Springs, so I don't think she was moved, but was buried in Christ Church Cemetery originally. I did some looking and I think that, in some cases at least, the church record is actually listing residence instead of burial place. For instance, Frederick Schrepple, across the page from Augusta and also her son-in-law, also says Germanville, where he lived, despite the fact that he's buried next to her in Fountain Springs.

Thank you so very much for the photo of Andrew and Elizabeth's memorial. My husband is very appreciative, as he has been researching his family.

If you did transfer them to me, would I be able to apply supporting data such as parents and siblings? If so, I would be able to add all those details. So, if it isn't difficult for you to transfer them, I'd be happy to maintain them.

I appreciate the offer, but I would not be interested in the transfers. You already do an outstanding job :), and thanks for all your hard work, it benefits so many folks!

RE: Photo of Elizabeth Meyer
I understand where it is now. I studied the satellite photo with your description.

Since it seems you wander the graveyards of the Ashland area, I'd appreciate you letting me know if you ever come across a grave for Anna Owens (nee Becker).

She was my Great Great Grandmother. She was the mother of Elizabeth Meyer whose grave you photographed for me. She is the one person in the family tree who is lost to time. Anna's husband John W Owens died in 1927, and was buried in My Carmel at St. Mary's Cemetery.

Anna was born about 1859 and died between 1889 and 1900. More likely between January 24, 1889 and December 31, 1893. She likely died in the Lost Creek/Ashland area.

Photo of Elizabeth Meyer
Dear J.G.B.,

Thank you very much for taking the photo of Elizabeth Meyer's grave site. I would never be able to locate it on my own. Is the grave in the large graveyard area up by Pioneer Tunnel in Ashland? I see that online in a satellite photo.

Thanks so much again for taking the time to do this.

Thanks so very much
Thanks so much for the photo of Thomas Lovell's grave. I have taken the liberty of linking Thomas to his wife and father, Elias Lovell, my wife's great grandfather. I have also added his wife's maiden name, Spaeder, to her page. Documentation for this name can be found on my page for her at Her Social Security application lists her father as Spaeder and her death certificate lists her husband as Thomas Lovell.

Judy, I am sorry for the delay in responding to the transfer request you sent to me. I have been so busy that I haven't been able to get online much the last few weeks. In spite of the fact that the request is outside of the guidelines, as you stated, I am more than happy to transfer it to you. Daniel is not a relative of mine, and whenever possible, I like to give over management of the memorials to family members as I feel that they can do a much better job of creating a solid biography and provide far more insight into the person than I ever could.

Please let me know if there is anything else that I can do to be of assistance.

Thank you for catching up on these memorials for me. They were some of the first outside of my family. I use to drive by this Church. My brother-in-law was the son of the Pastor in the 50's. The newer monument was not there when I took photo's in 2009. Don't know why I left out the dates.
When I was there, the old rough stone was very difficult to read and is very deteriorated.
Appreciate the help.

RE: Photo request...
Judy, I found a grave marker behind Henry and Alice Robinson's grave marker that read Margaret M. Robinson 1900-1901 and Carey B. Robinson 1896-1911. I'm not sure if they were Henry and Alice's children. If you get any info on them, let me know and I will get a photo. You have my permission to use the photos. I will go back to the cemetery this weekend to see if I can find the Heiligs.

RE: Photo request...
I was glad to get the photos for you. I found a grave marker nearby that were Robinsons, they were children. I'm not sure if they were related to Henry and Alice Robinson. If you have info regarding kinship, let me know and I will get that photo for you as well. You can email me if you need any further help with photos.

Transfers complete.
I also sent Anna along which I'm not sure if she is his mother but take care of her also. The New Years has been unkind to me and I will soon have to leave the site and transfer all my memorials over to one of my cousins. Take care of yourself. Bob
