Hi!, Thanks so much for the edit you suggested on the Gladden's. I've recently had a bad experience with undocumented edits. I approved edits just because someone suggested them and they turned out to be wrong:( Someone contacted Find A Grave complaining and Find A Grave advised me to have people post documentation to the memorial they are suggesting changes to (i.e. marriage certificate, death cert, birth cert, etc). I feel like such a witch declining people edits because I know that not all the information on the edits submitted is incorrect. So I've come to a sort of happy medium... I post a note on the memorial with the suggested changes until it can be documented. That way the info is not lost and someone else researching the same family can see it. Thanks for understanding.

I am doing research on the Austin family and have traced them back to Virginia in 1811 in Richmond.. not sure county or city. Wonder if you had run across a Francis Austin in your research. He would have married Mary Polly Talman in 1811.

Thanks for the transfer of Henrietta Watkins Greenstreet and her son George T. Greenstreet. I knew their death dates but did not know for sure where they were buried until you listed them here. I'm hoping that Henrietta's husband Henry H Greenstreet is buried with her and hopefully they have a stone or two to photograph. he was a Civil War Veteran and died in 1919.

Thank you for the links. I was not sure that these were his parents. This was a nice story. My Aunt lost her brother in Italy around this same place and time. Thanks again G Agee.

Thank you Cynthia for the additional info you provided for this memorial. Would you please verify for me that it is correct as I am not sure that I received all the edits you mentioned. Her Mem. # is 124243135. Thanks, Vicki

Thanks for your interest in the Gordon family. I transferred management of the records over to you. Since I'm not related, I don't have any sense of ownership, I just happened to be there and thought I would document the undocumented. Cheers!

|Judith Marshall Stell||RE: Hofbauer|
I did not get the edit for Mary Haake Hofbauer and I would really like to add the obit for John Hofbauer. I did not know he was buried at Pioneer, as the graves are not marked and only her name was written on the old hand-drawn map of the church cemetery.
If you could e-mail me the edit, I'd appreciate it. (firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com)
Only so I can "try" and keep all of the church cemetery under the care of the church, if you don't mind transferring the memorial for John Hofbauer to the church. If not, I understand.
