RE: Dorothy and Ernest Farrar
Hi Sharon, I found conflicting information about Dorothy. I suspect that she is the stepdaughter of Ernest Farrar. To be safe, I would link her to her mother Leora Farrar only. I believe Leora had the maiden name of Downing but can not find conformation. Hope this helps.

RE: Nielsen memorial
Don't worry about it. :) I've done several duplicates myself over the past few years. It happens! If you ever happen to run across some that are family, let me know and I'll transfer them over to you. I'm more concerned with getting the information online for families to find.

RE: George Waterhouse
I found a site that appears to have all the burials in Bangor. It does show the other headstone is definitely William D Waterhouse. The site is below.

http://www.bangormaine.gov/image_upload/Deceased_053012.pdf

Since it is a military headstone, I would suggest you contact the Bangor American Legion or AMVETS to see if they help fix military headstones. Even if it is just fixing it from the sinking and make sure a flag is placed there on Memorial Day. It is Lot 188.

RE: George Waterhouse
If it was a military stone, I bet it was William Dirkey Waterhouse. Were there any readable dates?

The other Waterhouse
I do know that George Waterhouse and his wife had a William Dirkey Waterhouse b. 7 Apr 1843 Bangor, Maine. He was in the Civil War. Did the headstone look like a military stone?

RE: Abbie Waterhouse
Thank you. You may want to check if Mahala Waterhouse because the headstone does not go with the dates. The Mahala Waterhouse 1810-1988 is the wife of George Waterhouse. Her maiden name was Gray.
The Mahala Waterhouse of 1852-1860 is actually the daughter of Mahala Gray and George Waterhouse.

Hello, You are welcome for the headstone photoes of Harold and Daniel. Their graves were almost together. Daniel's was one row up and one to the right of Harold. It is rare that I find them that way. I posted the photo for Clara on her memorial. Memorial# 3922683.
