|Dennis Wilson||RE: George Sullens|
Thanks, Terry. Did you notice that George had 2 Bronze Star medals (indicated by the Oak Leaf cluster).

Is it OK for the Oklahoma Cemetery Project to use the photo of Georges marker for a project on Oklahoma Vietnam Veterans? There is no charge for any of their projects. For some reason my picture of his marker didn't come out.

I see that you created a record for John Amedio. Can you please delete that record as he is not buried in that plot. He is my great great Uncle and I have confirmed with the cemetery here in Chicago that his body was never moved since he was entombed in 1972. it may have been his wife's intent to move him at some point but that never happened. He is not buried in the Fairview Cemetery. I have a separate record for him. Thank you

I'm always sad when there isn't a marker. Usually I carry flowers with me to better mark the spot of a plot without a marker, but I forgot them yesterday.

|BH||RE: Cassel and Clark|
While I understand your reasoning for entering her last name as "Cassel-Lennington", Find A Grave's "naming conventions" (located here) says to use the last name as it is on the marker, which is Cassel. Also, the memorial cannot be found if using Lennington as the search term. I hope you will accept the Edit.
Thank you for letting me know I had accidentally created a duplicate. I have deleted it. And, no, I am not related.

|Sandra Newell||William "Eddie" Clayton FAG # 006530500|
Information: William Edward "Eddie" Clayton's biological mother was Annie May Lindsey (1893-1917). Evidence of this is the 1910 US Census which shows them as a family. His father's second wife was Martha Jones who he married in 1921.
Hope this will help someone.

|Wanda Goins||RE: Samuel Henson|
I want to thank you for posting a picture of Sam Henson headstone in Euwasha Cemetery in Kenwood, OK. I went back up there searching for him and a great aunt and I would have never found his if you had not posted the picture. It was almost impossible to read. Unfortunately, that little cemetery is very overgrown and it is hard to find anything. But, because of you I was able to spot it and could barely read it. I probably would have never realized it was his. He was not related except by marriage but it appears he did give his life for our country.

Just saw your message. I can't say I am on this site much because it seems I am always working so I apologize for taking so much time to get back to you. What is your confirmation that this is the correct Oce Brown? My only confirmation that he is buried at Gov. Brown's is from statements by my mother, uncle and grandmother. It was common knowledge. Also from his daughter, Lottie Livingston, who was good friends with my mother up until Lottie's death in 1977. Oce and his brother, Dick, worked for Gov. Brown on and off throughout the years and the families have always been close, although not related to the best of my knowledge.
