Looking things up...I can see where Oliver and Rebecca Spurgeon are her parents.

Thanks very much! It has been a long time since I first attached the photo, and I had listed my source as Find a Grave, but without your name attached. I do appreciate your willingness to share! Gwen

Hello,
Would it be okay with you if I use your photos of the gravestone of Russell and Lulu Miles' gravestone on my ancestry.com family tree, with attribution to you? Thanks very much for your consideration. Gwen

Hi, I had sent his obit to the lady that created the memorial, but when she found he wasn't buried there, she deleted it. I went ahead and added him "burial unknown", added the obit and linked him to his parents if you're interested.

I had mentioned to the lady that added his page that he wasn't buried there. I thought maybe she would just switch him to unknown burial, but she removed him. So I went ahead and reposted him as unknown, so he's still on there if you're interested.

RE: Mary Howard Comstock *Bush
I would like Mary to be added to my Howard family information. I just discovered a photo from 1912/1913 with Mary Comstock beside my great granpa, Committ Howard; now I know she is my great Aunt. There were so many Howard children, it's hard for me to keep these facts straight. Thanks for sharing this informaton with me. Fran Stino Kenney

Ella Hill
Ella Hill in Lottsville Cemetery is my great-grandmother. I do not know her maiden name. She was married to CB Hill, Charles Hill. I am actually visiting Lottsville this week and will be downloading photos of Ella, CB, and their children's headstones, although I don't expect them to be very clear. Their son Howard, is already downloaded.

If we are related, you might be interested to know my mother and sister are also there in Lottsville. My mother's father, Howard Hill, is the only child surviving infancy. He is buried in Lottsville. My mother is Marjorie Ludwiczak, my sister Katherine Ludwiczak.

When I was researching ancestry.com, I found quite a few CB Hill, Charles, Charley Hill. Seemed to be a very common name. Quite confusing, or maybe it is him.

Ok, I just clicked on the link of the headstone image where you have transcribed part of it saying that Annie was married to J Car... I believe it should be Isaac Carr. I also read my notes about the Presbyterian Cemetery being now Fleming County Cemetery.

I also show that they had a daughter Mary who did not marry. I will add the memorials if you wouldn't mind adding your photo, I really appreciate it.

Thanks!

Brenda

Hilligoss - Fleming County Cemetery
Hello,

You had mentioned that there was an "Annie" listed on Jacob and Mary Hilligoss' headstone. I do show that they had a daughter Annie but she was married to an Isaac Carr. I don't think they would have listed her on their stone... Can you read any dates for her? I also show she is supposed to buried in the Presbyterian Cemetery. Do you know if this is the Fleming County Cemetery?

Thank you for posting the headstone. Jacob was my 4th great grandfather. Also, thanks for posting their marriage affidavit.

Your work is much appreciated!

Brenda

Preserving the Past
RE: James Robert Doran
Hello again... I went ahead and created a memorial for James (since you had previously indicated you did not want to manage memorials that are not related to you)... I did a little research on James and you are correct, he is not related to Carpenters from what I can tell so far. I will do some additional searching over the weekend. Anyway, go ahead and post the photo for him...memorial is in place! Thanks again for all your help tonight...greatly appreciate it. God Bless...

Thank you, thank you! I appreciate your time and effort. I have created a basic memorial for both Tezirah and Elizabeth (she was a Weddle I believe)...but do not have time right now to add other info to their memorials as I must go get the family files and check their particulars to post. Go ahead and post the photos you took and I will get back to the updates later today. Thanks again, for all you help! Have a wonderful day... Debbie

That's quite alright. I live in Borden but I've never been to that cemetery. It is a rainy day today but will drive by it just to find out where it's at. I'll make a more detailed search in the coming days. Paul
