I have been looking since 2000 trying to find out if they did bury my dad at evergreens. I am so happy to see that posted. I don't know why they would keep me in the dark about his burial. I know it was to be private at a later date, but I was his only daughter. GOD BLESS YOU & THANK YOU

|Lucia Perry||Marie Botto and Henry Wiley|
Thanks for adding these folks. I remember Henry, from the early '60s. Marie was my grandmother's first cousin. I was down in Douglass a few years ago, and located their graves. If there are any family members who would like to have items belonging to Henry and Marie, let me know!

|Pat & Mac Hancock||Estelle Smith Hancock|
Last night, I received a message that my photo request for the above had been fulfilled. When I checked the memorial, I found she is buried at Springbank Baptist Church cemetery, Chatom, Washington, AL. I have no recollection of having requested a photo for this grave since I have no connection to her whatsoever. My husband did have an aunt whose name was Estelle McCue Hancock, but she is buried in Ft. Payne, DeKalb, AL. I find it absolutely amazing that both of the above women were born 23 Jun 1911 and died 15 Dec 1980!!! Could you please help me solve this mystery?

Thank you for your work in the cemetery. I would like to link my husband's grandmother (Beulah Haynie Huish #85237445) to her mother, Mary Elma Wilson Haynie (#73612758), and to her father Patrick Calhoun Haynie (# 73612759). I could also fill in the dates and places for births and deaths if you are interested in transferring the memorials over to me. Thank you again for your great work.

Thank you so much for putting the photo of Adam Tanksley's headstone online. He was my great grandfather on my mothers side. I knew he was buried at that cemetary in Bisbee and had found my great grandmothers headstone, but had not every found my great grandfathers. I really do appreciate you for doing this research.

It was wonderful to see the photo of Will Cherry's tombstone that you added to his Find A Grave memorial -- it makes his memorial that much more meaningful to me and other family members.
We certainly appreciate your efforts. Sue

Myrna, thank you soooo much for pointing out the error in Sophie's memorial! I've corrected death year for Sophie and I found that I had her born in Australia instead of Austria!
And. . .what a great thing to do the gravestones at Evergreen. That cemetery had long needed to have someone do the pics.

This person is not related to me. So I didn't research him. I was born in Lordsburg, so that is where my interest lies. I photograph gravestones when I am over there. I don't research my memorials, unless I get a request to do so, or unless I run across an obituary, or find a grave, or a death cert. or get curious about a memorial.
If you would like a transfer of his memorial to you, please go to the memorial, and ask for a transfer. I am always happy to transfer if they are not my family. I am thrilled when a family member can add information!
I'm not sure if you realize, that when making a memorial, there is only so much information you can link to. Mother, Father and Spouse. If you don't own a memorial for a child, you can only request that information be added, you can't add it for yourself.
Anyway, let me know (via the memorial) if you would like a transfer.
