German-Irish Lady
William H. Farthing-Memorial # 91299776
In noticing that you & I had different dates for him, I got a magnifying glass to see if I had made a mistake. Since the dates are a little hard to read, the dates I came up with are as follows: His B/d was Feb 2,1899 and d/d 12/10/1948.

On his wife Effie Sugg Farthing I came up with the b/d of March 21, 1870 and her d/d as 4/14/1901. What do you think?

Deborah - Sorry it took me so long, I have been on vacation for the last 2 weeks. Although I have many Eubanks in my family, I have not found Ewbanks, so I am happy to transfer your grandmother to you

Hey Deborah!

I could go either way on transfers, to be honest. I'd like to keep an eye on all of the Covenanter ancestors, as ultimately we plan to do a reunion in the next half decade or so, but I'm not directly related -- probably more like a fourth cousin or so, you know.

Your call on that, but thanks for making the connections -- it'll be easier for other researchers now.

RE: Kell
Well, I'm not a Kell, but my grandpop grew up knowing ALL of them and my family is staunch Covenanter and actually came over from Ireland in 1772 with them -- so, they're an important family to us.

Let me put it this way, I'd keep good care of them, if you'd like me to handle those. But if they are your relatives, you should definitely keep them!

But I appreciate the offer if you're willing to.

The Langley Cemetery is my fav. It's so pretty and almost Zen-like. It's my second choice for my own resting place.
