Duplicates Needing Removal (Fairmount Memorial, Spokane, WA)
Hi!

I recently requested photos for Edson Clark and his wife Ann M Clark, using the memorial pages you have at Fairmount Cemetery. I and other family researchers have been confused about what were thought to be duplicates of these two people. I voiced my concerns when I requested the photos and this is what I heard back from a fellow volunteer:

"We are writing to let you know that a Find A Grave volunteer has reported a problem with your photo request for Anna Clark.

The general problem they reported is:
Other problem

They also reported, specifically:
As per your note: The Clark's being a Greenwood would make sense. Lawn 29 at Fairmount is divided into alphabetical plots, not numerical plots. So the plot numbers that are supplied with the requests are not valid Fairmount plot numbers. I will check with Greenwood today to see if they are there."

The memorial pages for these two people, as well as Edson's stepmother (Ada Bell Scott Clark) and father (Stephen Clark, 1871-1943) are correctly placed at Greenwood Cemetery, photographed, were checked years ago in a walk-by of the cemetery, and were just personally photographed again/confirmed by a different volunteer in the area.

Is it possible that you would consider removing these four (or more) duplicated Clarks--or whichever of these Clarks you manage a page for?

The incorrect page for Edson is #78301259.
I can write with the numbers for the rest if you'd like.

Thanks for your time and help! Many of my family members are mistakenly connected to the incorrect pages via Ancestry, and we are all trying to sort this out.

Jennifer Owens
Bill and Edith
Hi my name is Jennifer R Owens; daughter of Chris H Owens Bill was my grampa, I can't remember ever meeting him though? I'm researching family history because I have no idea who everyone is, over the years I have learned a few things here and there and my dad (Chris) gave me a few copies of old photos and the newspaper notice of grammas death. I was told that Grampa Bill's young wife, my dads mom was native? Cherokee? That grampa was in Texas, but I don't know anything about gramma Edith? Can you tell me something? I'm starting a family tree on my heritage, but cannot go further because I need to save the money 119.00 for the annual fee. But that's ok. I've worked on it this long. Ha ha. I don't know why there are so many secrets in both side of my family?? I don't get that. Every family has history. I live in Moses Lake Wa. Born April 3,1973 to Chris H Owens and Patricia wilkonson/ Owens in Spokane WA. Any information on gramma and grampa would be so so amazing. My address is 314 N Mattson Dr. Moses Lake Wa. 98837. We are buying our house so I won't be moving soon I don't think. I'm sorry about gramma I wish I knew her. Thank you so much for your time.
