Hi Michael,

I wanted to thank you again for transferring my great grandfather, David Anderson's memorial to me. It is such an honor for me to be able to add to his memorial and to be able to manage it. Thank you again for taking the time to add his memorial and for all the work you do on Find a Grave.

Blessings and hugs,

Jennifer Low

Could you provide me with a source for he middle name "Ann" ? I have looked through her children's death certificates and censuses and can't locate it. Would be a logical guess since she named two of her children Ann but I need to be able to defend against challenging researchers. Thanks for all your help.

Thanks! I noticed a couple do that after they uploaded. I tried to correct a few. Will go thru them tonight. I had to go to Tulsa and am just now on way back.

You're welcome Michael! It looks like you've had a lot to do with the wright city cemetery too. :) I plan on putting pictures to all the graves available. Today after I looked for the requests (was 41), I noticed not many pictures for cemetery. I photographed the back section and all of the ones on the left but three. Will go back before we leave to go to work in March and photograph the front section. There are quite a few now that are broken (left side) and moss over them or sunken in (all over). A few on the back half are actually no longer standing and laying on sides. Most of the pics you can tell... Should I mention it in the comments when I upload photos?

James Mayfield
Levi and Sarah Rogers
I saw that you left flowers on the memorials of Levi and Sarah Rogers. They are my wife's 4x great grandparents and I was wondering how you are related. I am trying to find information on their daughter Jane, my wife's third great grandmother, and her husband Josiah, who was her first cousin. Jane was born in Chatham, North Carolina on December 6, 1800 and died in April of 1869 in Imboden, Lawrence County, Arkansas and Josiah, who was the son of George, Levi's brother, and Frances, was born in 1796 in Chatham, North Carolina and also died April of 1869 in Imboden, Arkansas. I appreciate any help you can offer.

RE: William Carroll Shoults
Hi Michael! So William Jr. is your cousin and he didn't have time to talk about family? Bummer.

William Carroll Shoults' father was Lee T.. Shoults, find a grave memorial #155950253. Lee died when William was just two years old, so it's likely that your cousin didn't have any information about him. Lee's brother was E.H. Shoults, #22646903. I've just about got that family data linked and corrected, I think.

Those Shoults' are all 2nd and 3rd cousins of my family, so I haven't met any of them, but I do have genealogical info on some of E.H.'s children.

Update for Memorial Bonner
How very nice it was to find my Great-Grandmother, Granny Bonner listed at Find A Grave! Thank you so very much! With regard to the children, there were actually 6. Nona Bonner Towery (still living), Ethel, Daisy Grace Bonner Flippo (my Grandmother, and now deceased. B-November 29, 1911/D- July 16, 2003. She was cremated and is currently with Daughter, Patricia), remaining Daughters are Mabel, Irene, and Susie.
I do not have married names for all yet but will advise asap.
You had one listed and I'm going to follow your link to her Memorial, posting a photo of all 6 girls.
If you would be so kind as to, at least, now include Daughter Daisy info, I would appreciate your efforts. Thank you, in advance for your help. Best regards, Harmony C Williams

Millie may have been Howard's grandmother. The next time I go to the library I'll see if they have the obit for her.

RE: Photos
Sir, I'm going to have to apologize to you about Bro. Askins's memorial. While taking the photos, I noticed that they had Rev. on his gravestone. You may want to put it like you had it before I asked you to change it. I'm sorry. I should have left that alone. I couldn't find a stone for Millie Askins, it does look as if the is a grave next to Howard & Jessie's. Is Millie their daughter? I'll check on it again when I go back. Thanks. And I am so sorry that I made such a mistake. Have a nice day. Will talk later

Janice Miller
Related Perhaps
My name is Janice Abbott Miller. My fathers people are Abbott, Baxter. In North East Alabama, DeKalb County. I live now in Fayetteville GA, suburb of Atlanta. You sponsor many of my relatives in the Baxter Family. Used to spend summers in Collinsville Alabama as a young girl and happy memories are plenty. Perhaps this may sound strange to others but not to you. I was born and raised in Miami Florida, and when we had to travel to Georgia or Alabama for funerals, they were not sad occasions, they were more like reunions and history lessons. Cemeteries have never been a source of sadness, not for long anyway. They are peaceful, spiritual places and very often an outdoor art gallery. Be Blessed Michael

Mary E. Peyton Upchurch
While researching and reviewing the 1850 census in Bastrop County, Mary's mother could be Pheby Hancock Payton Forehand (Peyton on the census). That would also make Mary's married sister as P. Canziddy McDuff. They are buried at the J.J. Manor Hill cemetery.
