|Shirley Reeve||RE: Lestie Cole|
I'll transfer Lestie to you. I haven't been to Oak Hill since I finished doing the memorials and photos (2012). I moved in spring of 2013. I do photos at a cemetery near here, though, so as soon as the snow melts... Photos in the spring are sometimes easier before the vegetation grows up.

I am not related to Marilyn but am always happy to know that a family member or dear friend has read the memorial. I would be very pleased, if you wish so, to transfer the management of Marilyn's memorial to you. Let me know. Bob A.

|Family Finder||Herman Mahs|
I see that you have a flower on this memorial. I am hoping you may give me a answer..I have Herman Arthur MASS. in my family tree.
He married Doris Grondin, daughter Helen Betty.
All with the dates dates.
I believe him to be the son of Freidrich Mass #96220623 and his wife Anna Ida Linde.
Herman is matched wrong if this is true.
Do you have any information on this family.?

Thanks for the reminder. I need a little "kick" now and then to check the edits requests. I wish Find A Grave would send me an email when one was there.

|Eileen||RE: Laura Hynes|
Laura's brother James Hynes married Alma Ruzilla Parker, daughter of Freeman Parker and Cynthia Roberts not her father. Slowly I am piecing this very large family together. A lot of them married 2 and 3 times which adds to the confusion for sure. Any clues are appreciated, they help correct, add or disclaim information, thanks, Eileen
p.s. When it gets to overwhelming I let it sit for awhile, there is a lot going on in this family.

Still can't figure out her connection to the Walls family but I am sure some clue will come along.
Added by Eileen on May 07, 2015 2:51 PM
I did your edit adding Walls as Laura's maiden name but upon further research I have found she is the daughter of James Hynes and Bridget Donahue so I have removed your edit from the memorial. Just wanted to let you know why I did what I did.

|Marlene Smith||Slow recovery|
Thanks for you good wishes. The doctors have found I'm very low on iron and must rebuild my blood. I won't be walking cemeteries for a long time, if ever. It is lovely down here in MO. but my condition makes me very weak and slow. I Still hope one day I can contribute again.

I have transferred Harvey Miller to you as I prefer people to manage memorials for family/people they knew. I grew up LCMS, but switched to LCA (now ELCA)in 1969. Peace!

|Ruth Smith||Herman Lohmeier|
hello again Carolyn: We went looking for Herman Lohmeier (1912-1993)at Cape County Memorial park Cemetery again and cannot find him. He is not in the list of burials at the Archives in Jackson and we can't get any idea of which section he might be buried in. Do you know the location? He has been on the list for a picture for over a year. Thanks for your help. Ruth

Yes, I've written to Ruth Smith and she invited me to join her in Cape but she has taken on one of the oldest and largest cemeteries in our area. I declined and told her I'll stick to the smaller country cemeteries. She is doing a great job. Marlene

|Marlene Smith||RE: Mary/Marie Bleckwendt|
Hi Carolyn, Yes I'm still walking cemeteries and have moved over to the old Jackson cemetery. I moved the stone and deleted my Mary Bleckwendt memorial but I don't remember seeing her husband on that stone. When I drop by there again, I'll check the other sides of that large stone. It is very tall, old and sometimes they engrave on all four sides. As you can see it was very hard for me to read. If I find anything I'll drop you a note.
