Miles Boring
Thank you for posting a photo of Miles Borings headstone. He was my grandfathers step-father.

Haworth Deletions
I prefer not to delete my entries for my ancestors, they were created a year before the referenced duplicates, and I added the Hayworth maiden name to facilitate searches -- sorry if that caused any confusion.

Would it be possible to transfer these two people also? Emma and Newt are my Great Aunt and Uncle.
I then can link Emma to her parents. Lydia and Oliver. Thank you so very much. :)

Lillie Purcell
Hello,
I would like to link Lillie Purcell
(Find A Grave Memorial# 120636842) with my Great Grandfather Daniel Clark Purcell. Lillie was his first wife. She passed shortly after the birth of their son James. Do I need to have it transferred to do this? Thank you :)

do you know where the info on the grave plaque came from?..according to my records he was alive and a widower in 1880. I'm told he died around 1886..
his father by the same name was also alive in 1880.

RE: Updates
No, they did not send out notices. That would have been very helpful! I found it quite by accident. Thank you for the updates!

Updates
I sent you some updates. Maybe you do not know they are there, as Find A Grave has a new way to process some updates. It is on your profile page in the upper right corner...edits...then edits sent to me that I need to approve; then click process edits at the bottom.

Thanks!

RE: john W Boyd #111892032
Hi, am I correct in assuming Robert Marion Boyd is a son of Samuel Roper Boyd? If that's correct you'll probably have to go through Find a Grave Support to get him linked to his parents. Watkins seems to
have ceased responding to almost all requests.

Problem solved. So he was Samuel's son. You must have sent the
request to link him to Robert Marion Boyd by accident.

Hi, you might want to double check on this one before I make any
links. If he was Robert Marion Boyd's son his father was only three
years old when he was born. Could he have been a brother instead?

samuel James Barrick
Hi, Chris H Bailey's book on the Barricks, "Peter Barrick, the Revolutionary War Soldier, 1762-1841", says his name was
James Samuel Barrick or J. Samuel Barrick. His name is also,
or at least was at the time Bailey wrote, cast in the concrete,
as "J.S.Barrick", at his former home on North Jackson St., in
Robinson, Crawford Co., IL. This explains the initials on the
gravestone of the 2 infant children buried in Kirk Cemetery.
Bailey also notes that he kept a diary for almost 70 years. If
the diary still exists one would presume it to at least include
some references to the children's deaths.

I see you mention a Correll Genealogy Book. I am looking for Jacob Correll b. 1791 in PA who married Maria Landis b. 1785 in PA. Would they be listed in that book and where can I get one??

Thomas W. Cox, Hutsonville Cemetery
I rec'd info from cemetery trustee, Mike: Thomas W. Cox is buried in Section E, Lot 497, Space 1 in the new Hutsonville Cemetery. Thank you again for calling it to my attention that you were unable to locate his grave in the "Old" cemetery as I had previously noted.

Margaret
Thomas W. Cox, Hutsonville Cemetery, Illinois
Re your advising you could not locate the grave of Thomas W. Cox in the "Old" Hutsonville Cemetery, I rec'd a reply from Pulliam Funeral Home (oblongfuneralhome.com) that no burials have been made in the "Old" part for 40 years. Thomas W. Cox was buried in the new addition and I have transferred the find-a-grave memorial for him to the "new" part of the cemetery. Also, I was referred to the Trustee, mike.township@mchsi.com and have e-mailed asking for Plot #, etc. If you plan to make further effort to locate the grave, I will forward any new info should I receive it.
Thanks so much for your work, I am grateful to have Mr. Cox properly assigned to the "new" addition of Hutsonville Cemetery. Without your help I would never have known of the error.
