photo request for Fairmount Willow Hills Memorial
If you call the cemetery and get the burial locations I will go out and take the photos that you requested. Due to privacy laws this cemetery will not give out grave locations to non-family members.
You can email me direct at or post the plot number on your memorial pages and I'll keep an eye out for them.

Here is what happened: The cemetery clerk told me the Guest(s) had no grave markers so I assumed that she meant for everybody on the Guest/Diffenderfer family lot. It turned out that the 2 Diffenderfer(s) had grave markers. Sorry about that and the photos have been corrected.

Thank you for the recognizing the police service our family belongs to... and god bless your firefighter son.

Actually while re-looking at the archive book photo it shows that Blanche & Harry have headstones. Let me re-check that today when I go to the cemetery.

Plot: Section 25; Lot 54; Marker 40845 [Note: D4589]

The number you have listed as "Marker 40845" actually is the burial information card number and not the marker number. Marker numbers at Mt. Greenwood are located inside the small rectangular box.

Hi Judy, all info for Ida and Jannette came from Springdale Cemetery records.
I will send a link on how to contact the cemetery for more burial info, such as who paid for the lot, who else is buried on it and so forth.
Thanks for the nice note.
All the best, Debra

You are very welcome Judy. Braving the weather conditions is something we just have to do in this neck of the woods.

Hi Judy,

I transferred him to you. I could find no trace of his wife Ethel on the cemetery website so am unable to tell you where she might be buried.

Richard and Shirley Weber
Hi Judy: I have already transferred Richard and Shirley into your tender care. My guidelines for transfer are very liberal, so if you find other relatives I am managing, don't hesitate to ask. I am a genealogist at heart, so my untimate goal is not to manage other people's family information, but to get it into the hands of relatives who will be caring stewards of family memorials. I do not, however, know the person who posted the photo; very often that is the case. I post a lot of gravestone transcriptions, and then someone I never heard of comes along and posts a photo, which is fine with me as I'm not into that part of the process. So if you want permission to use the photos elsewhere you will have to contact that person directly to get permission. Enjoy the journey! Linda

Richard and Shirley Weber
Hi Judy! Thanks for sponsoring these Weber memorials. This is not my family, so if you are related and would like a transfer I would be happy to oblige. Linda
