Thank you for your photos. William Gailbrath Cobb is my 2nd great grandfather. Our family did not know about this marker, but as it mentions he went missing after the battle of Wilson's Creek. He then changed his name, served out the war and had a family. His parents never knew what happened to him

Thank you so much for getting this photo of Martha's gravesite. She is my 4th great grandmother on my dad's side. I especially love doing the genealogy and locating the graves of my New England line and wish I still lived there so I could explore these old cemeteries myself! Looked like a beautiful fall day there when you took this!
Thank you again, and have a safe and happy Halloween!

Yes, this lady has been very difficult to research. We are cousins. Jane/Joanna is my 3rd ggrandmother..
I have included your comments to the bio on findagrave. They may help an other cousin to pursue this line!
Do you have more info on her parents?
Thank you, cousin. Mary Lou

thanks for the photo, it is one of the best, clearest ones I have seen. I appreciate so much those who post photos, especially since I live on the west coast and a trip back east is not feasible.
I am from Desire (Howland) Gorham line, she is my 10th great grandmother.

the children that you have listed are children of Permelia/ Parmelia Kinney, Jireh/Jirey Kinney's first wife, I have a list of the children of Jireh and Olive Kinney's children if you would like them. I am a greatgreat-granddaughter of theirs. You are right about the Spooner children being of her first marriage.

Cool! Thank you! I don't know when I'll get back that way again. I'll have to remember to take the road all the way back. Most of my relatives are up front.

He married a Mayflower Descendant Eliza Fish on 20th October 1823 and they had two children:
Diana DOB 7 February 1828 and
Ezra William 17 May 1830. He is my great, great grandfather. He immigrated to Australia in 1855.
He was a Mariner.
Eliza died at Nantucket 8 April 1835
Ezra who is buried at Bay View married again to
Susan Childs Swift on 13 June 1839.
They had five children: Sarah 1844, Charles Eston 1846, Mary 1847, Thankful 1851, Anna J 1853.
The only to survive to adulthood was Sarah who later married Sylvannus Bourne 11 September 1863.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to saved mail!!! I don't believe he is my direct relative, so I was quite puzzled as to why I had him in the first place!

|HEIDI DONOVAN||just a question|
Hello Caryn, I was just curious how and why you got started on this. Did you take pictures of all or most of the graves in this cemetary and post them here or did you know my family, the Bassets, Franklin, Kathleen, Helen & Atwood. I was just wondering. Since I live in Florida now, I like that i can see this. Thank you for your time. Heidi Donovan
