|Kurt Riegel||Napolean Monroe|
Napolean's stone is in need of some restoration. It is truly a gem of a stone carved by a local carver that I study. I am also a gravestone conservator (fully trained and certified in historic gravestones). If you would like a free estimate to fix Napolean's stone, let me know.

Wow..what a lot of great info you have given me. I put it on his memorial page with credit to your contributor's number.
And because I have too much time on my hands..and love doing research for others that don't even involve my family...found the following..and maybe you know already...
1. Eliminated Lucy Booge's(Oliver's wife)memorial page that I made...because there was already an older one..usually am so careful not to make a new one.
2.Changed death year for Hannah Booge to 1839...which now agrees with her death age.
3. Linked Marcus C to his parents Oliver/Lucy
These last few are maybe I found them..more research may be needed..
4. I found Ebenezer...son of Oliver/Lucy...#43297844
5. I found Damaris C daughter of Oliver/Lucy..#100773379
6. I found Rebecca W (the 3rd) daughter of Oliver/Lucy...#58957620
7. I found Franklin..son of Alexander/Hannah..#95396076
8. I maybe found Lucy..daughter of Alexander/Hannah...#19401742
Good luck with your genealogy,

|Jeff Zinsli||RE: Jonathan Wild, #61963040|
Thank you for the input regarding Dr. Jonathan Wild's memorial (61963040). You mentioned a birth month of April. I have found both April and August in my research. You also mention birth in Braintree, but I've also found a birth location in South Weymouth. Do you by chance have a record of your source for birth information? If so I would appreciate knowing where you found that information.
Your message prompted me to make several other updates to Jonathan's memorial. Please check them out.
Also, are you related to Jonathan? He is a 5th cousin, 5x removed to me.

|Andrea Winstead||Thayer family|
What a remarkable family you come from. General Sylvanus Thayer is my hero! Thomas Jefferson, who sent Thayer to West Point was my 5th great grand uncle. Two other ancestor's were General Douglas MacArthur, who was a superintendent and another was the Commandant of Cadets, Lt. General William Hardee of the class of 1861, who left and fought in the Civil War.
I am so envious that you lived in his house. I love that house. Thank you for your information and I have turned both ladies over to you since you are their family. I was thinking the other day that just about everything General Thayer built is still standing today. What a legacy!

My bad, should have spelled names Prentis "tabitha" Prentis and James Prentis Pendell, Larry
Added by Larry Wales on Oct 28, 2012 6:00 PM
Have made changes, thank you, Larry, I'm interested in the Prentes, Prentice line, as an ancestor of mine, A Benjamin Pendell married a "Tabitha" or "Bitha"(Prentis, Prentes)? had several children, of which, one was James Prentice Pendell, and one was Hulda Pendell, She is in a Dickerson line of mine. Benjamin died young and "Tabitha" went on to marry Daniel Benedict. They are buried in South Plymouth Cemetery. Several other Prentices buried in Northside Cemetery. anything to add? Thank you, Larry.

I believe the name is Margaret and I have changed the memorial. I will double check the next time I am in Cumberland. Her stone and Dr Welcome's are similar and since I took the photo last summer I can not remember if they were near each other or not.

Hi James, I added Ruth to the memorial. Please let me know if you want any transfers. I added people from both cemetery indexes and the 1998 History of Wayne, Maine, last winter, while I was recovering from hip replacement. My great-great-grandfather was John O'Sullivan, who fought for Wayne in the Civil War, hence my interest. Thank you. Cynthia

Dear Jim. I took photos of many of the headstones in the Firebaugh Cemetery. As I said, Anita Firebaugh accompanied me to the cemetery and has Firebaugh stories to tell, so if you ever want her e-mail address please let me know. The cemetery is very small and sits under a large tree at the roadside, in a homeowner's front yard. The original Mr. Firebaugh used to live on that property according to Anita and she had a wonderful story about how he may have purchased the land with gold.
