|TobyTovar||Blocker Family Cemetery|
I have finally gotten permission to photograph the Blocker Family Cemetery in Edgefield, S.C. You have 7 photo requests but I plan to clean up and photograph every marker I can find. The maintenance man for the property said he would clean the area up for me as it is about time for their yearly cleanup anyway.
I will be going out there Thursday and should have everything on line by Friday. Sorry it took so long but at last I will get the pictures.

|Johnny||Preston and Agnes Bird|
I added a couple of marker photos to 4 Bird memorials. When I found the plot there was also Charles L. Bird 1894-1944 and Lucille Kendrick Bird 1895-1988 in addition to Preston and Agnes.

|TLH||Emma Starks photo request|
I would be happy to fill your photo request, however, can you contact Grove Hill cemetery and get the burial locations for your requests: 214-381-7118
There are over 307 photo requests and the volunteers can not ask for that many locations.
Your request will get filled with the location information. The cemetery does not like to cooperate with findagrave volunteers.

John M Denham 1851-1877
I am very curious about the picture of John in what appears to be a military uniform. Could you tell me what unit and what year was the photo made? Do you have the entire photo? with other individuals?
I research Confederate Soldiers and their gravesites. a recent project is finding the Cadets from the West Florida Seminary who fought at the end of the War Between the States. John Denham is not on any available list...but that picture....

My apologies, I seem to have gotten confused. Was looking for a Noah, not a Huey and not realizing there was a Noah Jr. I will return and correct this asap. Cemetery records show his grave but note (Remains have been moved)

b. Jan 2, 1848 d. Jun 17, 1912
(Callie Sasser Noah Sasser's Mother

There was simply one digit wrong in the memorial number. I have made the correction and now it shows the proper marriage link. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for pointing it out.

Sharon, I referred your request for Stroud information to my husband, John Stroud. He has a lot of Stroud information if your lines connect up. I was glad to be of help on Tom Brooks but I was not aware there already was a picture of his grave. I am new at this.

|David & Tammy (Mull) Hall||Andrew Applegate|
I am sorry that we are just now getting back with you. This message was somehow overlooked.
The information we have is that Andrew's parents were Thomas Jefferson McClellan Applegate and Mary (Johnson) Applegate. Andrew was married to Mary A. (Pound) Applegate and later Daisy Estella (Davis) Jones Applegate.
We got our information from The Collings, Richeys, and The Pigeon Roost Massacure book. This book contains information of the decendents of the Collings and Richey familes that were a part of the Pigeon Roost Massacure. This book is avalible for purchase at the Scott County Heritage Museum, in Scottsburg, Indiana.

|Bill McKern||RE: Simkins Cemetery|
I'm not sure. I live in Vermont, and as of this writing, I have never been to South Carolina.
If you haven't done so yet, you can use the "request photo" button on the memorial pages. Volunteer contributors within range of the cemetery will then be notified, and can take and upload the photos. When hey do, you'll be notified.

|Bob Taylor||RE: Antioch Cemetery|
When I found the Antioch Cemetery I found a few
graves and put them on Find a Grave. The Cemetery
was grown up so much that if you didn't know
there was a cemetery here you would over look it.
If you get to this area and want to see the
cemetery I will be glad to take you their.

|TobyTovar||RE: Lucinda Brooks Bird|
Sorry I couldn't have been of more help. Someone has recently been there with a white wash on several grave stones to highlight them. It appears about 4 of the stones were treated and I guess photographed but I went through the plot 3 times to search and could not find anyone you requested. Again, this cemetery is unfortunately fairly falling into decay as it is not a perpetual care cemetery. I have seen headstones under brush and broken ones piled up next to the church there. So sad to see that history slipping away like that.
