Thanks for the all the transfers, and tomorrow, I will get the information and links done. If I need anymore, will let you know, but for now I think I have enough to connect them. Great job you have done with Jerusalem Church cemetery ! I live just a few miles from there, and know some of the people who are buried there.

Hello, I see you work with genealogy in SA. My daughters father and family are there. They are mexican. I know when her grandfather died and have info on his family but its hard to get info from her grandmother who has a heavy accent. Not sure if she doesnt want to tell me or doesnt understand what I am asking. Any info you can provide me on searching the SA bexar area would be great

RE: Lillie Buerkle Parr
In my research last night, i found that Frances Pugh was married 3 times, first to Winter Smither in 1851, then in 1861 she is living with her parents and he is in jail. I found a newspaper article where he murdered a guy so i assume she divorced him. She married James Parr in 1861 and when he died, looks like from injuries from the civil war, i found some documents from the war i believe are him, she married Richard Coats in 1871 and looks like she died in dec 1871 though I find a court death for her in 1869 but marriage for her and Richard Coats in 1871, so i am confused. I like to branch out when i research.

RE: Lillie Buerkle Parr
She is related to my by her mother, Frances Ann Pugh, who was my second great grand aunt. Her father Martin Pugh/Pew was my 3rd great grandmother, his son(Frances brother) William L.(S.) Pugh was my great great grandfather whose son William Logan Pugh was my great grandfather and his daughter Edna Isabelle Pugh was my grandmother. Is your head spinning yet lol. So we are related. The Pugh's all were born in Farnham in the house called Liberty Hill. I have a pic of it and it was huge. I believe it came from the Wrights, William L. Pugh who married Elizabeth Alice Wright. I found a document that mentions him owning it. Hi cousin

RE: Jeremie Baron
You are welcome. I had printed a list of photo requests before making my trip in case I ran across a stone that someone wanted. I happened to come across yours during my days I spent in St Mary's.

Henry Smith @ Milton Cemetery
I have checked all my files on Milton Cemetery and come across no record or photo of a headstone for him. If there was a headstone, it is now gone. Feel free to contact at if you have any questions.

Thanks for your prompt response to these requests. I really appreciate the distance view that shows all the stones together as well as the individual close-ups of each stone. Thanks so much!!!

Thanks for the offer but it's not necessary to transfer Mathew's memorial. My relationship to this branch if the family is very, very distant. I don't have any more info to add. Thanks again.

O.K. Great !
I will be sending them along in the next few days. I agree the obits contain information that people want to see, kinda lets you know about your relatives.

Added by Evab41 on Nov 30, 2012 8:18 AM

I was wondering if you mind having obits with your memorials at Jerusalem Baptist Church in Emmerton. Would you want to add them or I add them with a flower ? That is if you want them there. I have over the years saved many obits, and that is the reason I ask.

Thank you so much MEL. I have changed the cemetery name on the memorials I made. If you wish to copy the information that I Had or post the photos you took to the memorials I made, I will delete mine. Thank you so much for your hard work. The 1965 Woodrome history I have just called the cemetery the family cemetery. JOHNNY

Thank you for the photos. I know it's a private cemetery and earlier attempts at access were denied. So, whatever clout you had is much appreciated.
