RE: Flag next to stones
Yes, definitely a Fire Dept flag. I saw a similar one in the Arlington Cem in Windham this morning.

Aren't those the firemen flags?

Emerson Cemetery, Oxford County, Stow ME
Hi Scott,

I was at the Emerson Cemetery yesterday, checked all stones for Lydia Emerson and Alice Sanborn and was unable to find either of them.

Sorry, but wanted to let you know they may not be there or the stones may not be there.

Memorial# 45651876 is a double. I will add the stone to Memorial# 44549279 the first one. I sent them in to find a grave to be merged.

RE: Clarman Cushman

I looked at the photo again, and can indeed make out that both sides indicate her name is CLARMAN. I have edited the picture, so you can change her name back on the memorial itself. Sorry to not look more closely. I will try to trace the marker the next time I am there just to be certain.

Mary is listed on findagrave with a photo. I tend to take all photos of persons with the same last name whenever I try to fulfill a request, so I am pretty certain that B.A. Cushman was not in the immediate vicinity. However, I will re-check the next time I am there.

Clarman Cushman
Hi Scott,

I have fulfilled your request for a photo of the marker for Claman Cushman. It is interesting to note that the reverse side of the marker gives her name as Carman. I wonder which is correct. Also took a photo of Charlie (brother) and will upload it as well as Ada Gertrude who does not have a memorial created. Let me know if you create a memorial, and I will upload it.

RE: Calista Knight Robbins
Hi Scott, I have transcribed and photographed all the grave stones in Robbins Cemetery. I do not recall seeing or have a photo of a stone for Oliver Robbins Jr. Could he perhaps be buried here without a marker? Would you like me to go ahead and add photos to the rest of your memorials there?

Sincerely, Joyce Howe

Curtis Kimball
The parents of Curtis Kimball are buried in St. John Cemetery as far as I can tell from records I've checked. Hope this answers your question.

Dale & Patti
Sally Sanborn-Shorey Cemetery
Hi Scott,

I just wanted to let you know that Dale and I were at Shorey Cemetery again and just as I had thought, there is no marker for Sally in the lot with John & Beulah. We took a quick walk through the cemetery and didn't find her in any other lot. I have a photo of the lot for John and Beulah and if you would like me to put that out with a caption that there is no marker for Sally, please let me know.

Sorry we were unable to find this one for you.

RE: Family Stones
You're welcome. I had the photo of John's marker from a visit I took last year to the cemetery. I glanced at my photo's again and do not see that I have one for Mary. I have one for Beulah his wife. I am assuming a second wife? I also have a couple of views of the cemetery and from what I can see there are no additional markers in the lot with John and Beulah. Beulah sits to the right of John and the area on John's left is vacant. If I get back to the area, I will take another look for you. Patti
