Lisa Bond Dempsey
Poindexter-Vick Cemetery
I have been unable to locate this cemetery from the road. However, 6 of the 9 entries for this cemetery were created by Sandy Walton, and all 6 of those entries included photos. I feel that if there was an intact headstone for Harriet Farrell, Sandy would have photographed it at the time she created the other entries. I also contacted the Shelby County Cemetery Census Record manager, and he had not done a census on this cemetery. I'm so sorry I was unable to help.

Hi, I am pretty sure I have it set the way you would like. Happy to transfer to you. I always enjoy finding a grave that speaks to me.... and then a family member discovers their loved one and then I transfer their loved one to them. Thank you for your angel work. Blessings,

Judith Ann Dement Layton - Jordan
I just noticed Your email today and I am not sure what You mean.

This Lady had her 1st name which was Judith , Her maiden name ,which was Dement and for some reason , someone also added her name from 1st husband , who she is buried next to and also , the name of her last husband on the tombstone.

I had the understanding that all names should be added to the memorial that is on the tombstone.

Where do You propose I put the 2 married names and or which one should I drop ?

Henry & Zada Ferrell
Thank you for the obits on Henry & Zada Ferrell. I have incorporated the additional info into their bios. I did not include the entire obit, as these are less than 56 years old and thus copyrighted. And I never list the married name of the daughters, or where any of the children live, for privacy reasons. Hey, I am a UDC member too!

Elmwood Memorial in Livingston
Funny you ask about this place. I just passed through the area a few weeks ago and had forgotten my camera. Egad.

Another route to Birmingham from where I live now.
I will make a mental note to stop. I'd love to find Mrs Nancy while I'm there, she was a co-worker killed in the tornado of 2011.
