Carroll and Collins Families
Hi Ginny, I was wondering if there is a plot map of Maple Grove Cemetery in Milford, IL?

I see from you posting that the Carroll and Collins buried there in the same Sec. 4 and Row !. that would be my families. Is there a office that would have the particular on the burials there that you know of? Thanks,
Judy in Texas

RE: John D Lee
Hi Ginny,

What you would need to do is either visit the Marion County Library in Lebanon, KY or call and ask for someone in the genealogy section. If you call, you MAY get someone who will help you. They will have to look the obit up in the microfilm. Gerald Thompson (who made the memorial) does a lot of genealogy research there with his daughter. You may be able to catch one of them.

Good luck!

Phebe's father was Rev. Joseph M. KEATH not Leath. You can tell my age by the deterioration of my typing skills.
Thanks again,

Phebe Bailey #131077590
Phebe's first husband was Charles R. Lewis (Lewis was not her middle name). She secondly married John Lemon Bailey, Jr. (I sent the wrong link just now to his father, ignore it). Phebe was the daughter of Rev. Joseph Leath and his second wife, Irena G. Elrod. Would you mind transferring Phebe to me? Her father was my second great-Grandfather's (Gaberiel F. Keath, Jr.') older brother. Thank you for kind consideration.
Happy Holidays to you and yours!

With your help, I have successfully connected him with his father, five siblings, wife and seven children.
As I receive more information, I will be adding it to Our shared memorial.
I have sent several edits to you that will further link this family.
With sincerest appreciation,

Hi Ginny,

You have a nice double headstone photo attached to George Winger #137524038. I was wondering if you would be so kind as to post the same photo to his wife's memorial?

129064071 - Arvid was my great aunt's husband and my great aunt recently passed away couple of days ago. I was able to create her memorial to be linked to Arvid. I would like to overview his memorial as well. Arvid was last in his line and They have no children. He was awesome uncle to my mother and others. Now, Lela is back with him in heaven once again. Thank you.

Earl Markwalder
Dear Ginny Lee,

my name is Erwin de Mooij and I am the content webmaster for the 457th Bomb Group Association website.

At this moment I am working on a virtual cemetery/memorial on the website honering all 339 KIA/MIA/KIS of the group.

I saw your picture of Earl Markwalder's grave marker and I was wondering if I could use it for the memorial. If you made any other photos of 457th BG members would I be able to use these too?

We would greatly appreciate it.

Best regards,

Erwin de Mooij

RE: Hannah (Farrow) Gilmore # 90924421
Many thanks for checking the cemetery records for Robert Gilmore. I'm almost certain he's buried there, but it looks like the sexton's plat book won't be much help in proving it. The mystery endures!
