Thank You
A big thank you for the great photo of the burial location for Myra Jones. Was trying to find a birth year for her to see if she was the right person. Now I won't be able to verify. I appreciate your time and effort.

RE: Infant Moore
You've gone beyond the call of duty, Joe. Thanks so much for looking. I wonder if the location for that the Moore child is wrong. I suppose we'll never really know for sure.

As far as the article, I'd sure like to have a copy of it, not only for me but other relatives. I guess the newspaper was going over old town history. My address is: Alice Kauzlarich, 600 Ripley Lane, Chuckey, TN 37641

Thank you!

RE: Infant Moore
I put in a request for the other toddler that died which technically should be on that same memorial with R.E Moore. I would have thought you would have seen it, but I need someone to tell me it isn't there I guess. There supposedly was a child about 2 yrs. old that died. R. E. Moore was the mayor of Lincoln way back when.

Infant Moore
Thanks, Joe, for taking this photo. It was so large it must have almost been hard to find. Ha! You know...bigger than a breadbox? I am glad for this photo because I was not aware of this infant being born to R.E. Moore. This photo is proof of that.

Good grief! In re-reading my message to you, I see that, in referring to my late husband's grandmother, Anna Ditter, I erroneously typed "entered" instead of "interred". This is proof positive that the old saying "The Hand is quicker than the eye.", is a fact, at least in my case.

Photo of the Wyuka Burial Marker for John Ditter, Sr.
Mr. Skorupa,

I cannot thank you enough for your taking the time and effort to go to Wyuka to photograph the marker for John Ditter, Sr. and his first wife, Anna Margaret. AND, you did it so soon after I posted the photo request. What a guy!

Having the photo removes any doubt as to whether this particular grave is for the same John Ditter, Sr. I show on the family history of my late husband. John Ditter, Sr. was a brother of my husband's maternal grandmother, Anna Ditter (also entered in Wyuka).

Thank you again. I am in your debt.

Photos for the Yost memorials
George Yost - 75083547
Marie Yost - 75083552

Joe, Thank you for this detailed photo with notations for each of these memorials. Your attention to specifics is very much appreciated!

I looked through the current listing of Yost's on Find A Grave and do not find that the other plots are Yost's.... am wondering if you happen to know the names associated with the graves. It is possible that if I know their names, it would aid in finding these little ones parents and/or direct family lines. The Yost family tree is ... large, to say the least. ;o)

Any notations you may have would be much appreciated. As usual, you have been very helpful.

Best Regards

You mentioned you have placed a photo also on Lydia Weber, in your message. The only memorial I see that you may be speaking of is # 74861247

If that is the memorial page you are referring to, please have a quick review as I do not see a photo uploaded. Thank you so much!
