|Brian Backes||Mary Brecht photo request|
Hi, I added a photo to Mary Brecht's memorial. The photo is of her husband's two markers. His name is on the larger marker and also the smaller marker to the right. There is no marker for Mary next to his, so her grave appears to be unmarked.
Best regards, Brian

|S Berg||Eltern Theobald Scheibel at St. John's Catholic Cemetery|
The Scheibel family at St. John's Cemetery is of French origin from the German speaking Alsace region of Eastern France.
The word 'Eltern' above Theobald Scheibel's name is not his first name but refers in the Old High German language to his family status which would equate to 'Elder' or 'Senior' in the English language.
I have linked him to one of his sons, Theobald Scheibel Jr. who is buried with his family at Bennett Valley Cemetery in Santa Rosa, Ca.
I wanted to contact you and explain this before applying for an edit to change his name.
The name on this memorial,(#68256363)should be:
Theobald Scheibel Sr.
Steve/ Santa Rosa, Ca

|Cory Becker||Henry Wacker|
I see you left a note on Henry Wacker's memorial concerning correct burial. I have tried to correct this multiple times, no luck... Are you relation to Henry Wacker?

You had transferred this memorial to me, and while working with it, I see that this is a duplicate to same person entered 4 months before yours was. Would you please be kind enough to move your headstone photos to the other original memorial and then delete this duplicate? I'm unable to do so as you are the originator of the memorial. Thanks.

|Delila Duffy||Car, Frida, & Elsie Koch Memorials|
Thank-you so extremely much for the transfer of the 3 Koch memorials. All 3 are relatives of my youngest grandson. I could not find Carl for the longest time, & then decided to take a chance of ordering a death cert. that sorta matched dates close to his sibling Wilhelm. I guessed right in that I ordered the right one. But burial location script/writing was very blurred. Took a while for me to decipher Fish Lake. Once I got that, plugged into findagrave, and wha-la, there they were! Thanks to you!!

Thank you very much for the photos. I'm glad to see that the memorials have been maintained since the last time I was able to visit (almost 20 years ago!)
May all your searches be fruitful & may all the critters wait to come out until after you've gone.

|Catherine Clemens Sevenau||Ecksteins in New Ulm Catholic Cemetery, MN|
Anton and Anna are buried in the Catholic Cemetery in New Ulm, MN. Their graves are in the old section up front by the main road left of the main entrance as you go into the cemetery. It is a dark cross with a white Jesus on the front and two small white figures at the base. Might you look there?

Thank you so much for the quick reply.
Do you know which is correct for the County and City?

|Ladygraver||Fredrick and Emilie Jabs|
Thank you for taking the time to contact me regarding these two memorials.
When I enlarged the photo for Fredrick Willhelm, the marker does show the dod as 1945. I entered the year incorrectly on the listing. It is correct now.
For Emilie the dob shows as 1861 on the stone so I am questioning the dob 1877 information. Also, the drop down for county shows an Arlington County but not an Alexandria city. There is however a listing for Alexandria City under the listings for counties and a corresponding Alexandria for city.
Would you mind to double check the information and let me know which combination is correct?
Always happy to hear from other members regarding memorials. Are you related as I see you have a listing for Evelyn Jabs?
Look forward to hearing from you again.

|Ellen Sorenson||RE: Marvel and Thomas Gulden|
My best friend's maiden name is 'Gulden' and she just recently mentioned wanting to gather the 'Gulden' family tree/information together. As she's never gotten involved in family tree information I am helping her get started, which is why I've been requesting the Gulden memorials and linking them together. As we work on her family tree together, I'm sure we'll probably come across Alex/Felix Gulden - but it may be a few months down the road as we are both very busy for the next couple months. She has contacted someone on ancestry.com about more Gulden information posted there. Perhaps she'll have the information soon. We do appreciate the Gulden transfers to help her get going. Thanks!
