Nice to see the weather hasn't affected you and your ventures. Nice photos. Are you going to add the inscriptions and add the other Baker's you photoed? Some are a little hard to read with the snow on it.

|Gail Metzger||RE: Zebulon Mosher|
You are quite welcome. I really enjoy unraveling the mysteries of epitaphs. This stone is completely illegible to the naked eye. It is amazing what the camera can see once you lightly run chalk over the stone. Yes, I know that is frowned upon by some, but when there is nothing left of the lettering it seems almost wrong to let it fade into anonymity. One last photo for Find A Grave could make all the difference to generations not yet born.

You are very welcome. It is a privilege to photograph your request and to honor our forefathers. But foremost, it is a privilege to pay homage to our servicemen who served our nation. Especially a person that served in three wars in the 19th century.

|Mary E. Warner||Peruville Cemetery, Groton, NY|
Kathy, I have looked at your work on findagrave at the Peruville Cemetery. You have done exactly as you said you would do in July of this year: you went into the brush and brambles and cataloged about 300 headstones AND you took pictures of each headstone you entered. What a joy to see a headstone photo for each entry! You went way beyond what others might do, and I wish to thank you for your dedicated work and cheerful attitude.
Thanks again for the photo of Aaron and Anna Moseley's headstone taken in early July 2011. I wonder if my dad was the person who ordered a new headstone for our Mosley/Moseley ancestors. Another mystery!

Thank you so very much for the great photos and alerting me to the spelling difference. There was also a date difference, as well. The library index had the name and dates incorrect. I really appreciate you taking your time to fulfill my request.

J & K Suarez:
Thank you for photographing the Chapin gravestones (in the Peruville Cemetery). I appreciate your time & effort--much appreciated. Thanks, too, for all of your other Find A Grave contributions.
P.S. May I have permission to post these photos on my Ancestry.com online tree? If so, may I use the following source citation? "Photograph courtesy of J & K Suarez (Find A Grave #47482098)?"

|Mary E. Warner||Aaron and Anna Mosley|
Thanks for taking the photo of Aaron and Anna's headstone in the old Peruville Cemetery. Was the cemetery hard to find? I have heard that it is. Would you send me the directions to the cemetery via my e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, or place on my findagrave message board?
Did you see any more Mosley headstones (they had 10 children; only 2 are accounted for). Also, I would be interested in knowing if any headstones with the surnames of Young or Smith are there. Would it be asking too much for you to go back to that cemetery and photograph/record the headstones that are not on findagrave at this time? Then let me know so I can ask for transfers right away ... Thanks so very much.
