In Memory Of "Cat" Joseph (K. C. Joseph) (#47481114)
member for 4 years, 29 days
I am researching Telesphore Lockett. I am not sure of the connection but I just got my great grandfather's Marriage Certificate and Marriage Bond, they are Dave Johnson and Emma Cerf Johnson.

On the marriage bond it shows that Dave Johnson and Telesphore Lockett went and paid the bond.

Are the Locketts and Johnsons related? Are you familiar with any Johnsons?

Thanks for your time,

RE: Cora Johnson-Bennett
Thanks so much for responding. It's great to know you and I are connect by our family bloodline.hea

It's funny how memories starts to come back when you hear or see your family members and their names. I do remember hearing the Ceasar name when I was growing up.

Once again Thanks.

Obie Lee Bennett
To whom it may concern:

I saw the data enter on the memorial page of my famiy members; Myishia Cora Ann Bennett,Brenda Ann Bennett and Obie Lee Bennett and was total surprise of the correct data that was given.

I am in a state of confusion because I am not fimilar the name listed who created this.

It states create By: In memory of "Cat" Joseph. I do not remember anyone with that name on my mother's side of the family, let alone who knows my mother's family line by this name.

So with due respect for Mr. Joseph. I have not copy his photo. To ask any of the older memebers of my mother side of family to see if they knew him or what relationship he has to Lockett family and Johnson family. But could you tell me how are you related to my family's history or how did Mr. "Cat" Joseph knew my mother's family Geneologcial.

With sincere thanks for any information would be greatly appreciate.

Mae Bell Bennett

RE: William McKinley Mack # 99528146
Thanks; I do genealogy research on African American cemeteries here in Beaumont, Texas and came across the "Macks" and tried to get another person that had his memorial to add the parents, and was told that my data did not match theirs and I just wanted to be sure that I hadn't been totally crazy, since there were three Nathan's in this line.
Nathan Mack, married Bertha Jacquet/Jackett on 21 July 1966.
Bertha Mack is also buried in Live Oak Cemetery and her memorial # 135971176

Thank you again

You are welcome! we were glad to do it. The national cemeteries are beautiful on Memorial Day, with flags decorating every grave.

RE: Joseph Family
Hello there! No I am not related. I used to go to cemeteries and record memorials. Then some crazy guy tried to mug me. Now I lay flowers. It is just a safer way to donate time. lol. I tend to pick names and often whole cemeteries that have very little in momentos, and then I just go down the list or the name and leave flowers. It all started with 9/11. I had three firefighting cousins lost there and that is when I started to leave flowers for strangers. All the best in your search! I once worked for a man last name Joseph in Oklahoma city. He is gone now, but was a great boss and that is why I leave arrangements at "Joseph" graves. Sorry to be a dead end. Cheers, Pugg

That's so very nice of you to do the present for your grandmother! What a nice idea.

Photo request - Leroy Brown-
There is not a stone placed on the grave yet.
I'm actively inventorying this section and take pictures on a weekly basis. It usually takes 2-3 months for a monument & grass to be laid.
I suggest you remove your request as I'll photo it within 2 weeks of when it is installed.

Evergreen Cemetary
I checked the cemetary for your request. I f Outley and Washington are buried here, the grave sites are unmarked. You possibly have the wrong cemetary.
