Love the pics you've added. Mr. Steinicke is such a dapper fellow! Transferred them to you. Janis

Hi Fred--I actually noticed last night that I had duplicated your record and thought I deleted mine last night. I deleted mine today since I saw it was still out there. I'm more than happy to transfer any records to you--they are your people :). The Steinicke lot is a nice one with the stairs leading to the lot. It's just sad when a grave or two in the lot doesn't have a marker. Happy graving---Janis

I accidentally didn't get a picture of WT Shorter's gravestone, so I'll go back & get that.

I added the picture of her gravestone. I noticed that on her gravestone, the date of death is 1957 instead of 1967.

You are quite welcome, glad to help. Also, "accidentally" filled your photo reqest for Richard "Frank" Mudd, Sr as the burial site on his F-A-G page is listed as unknown. The marker is also in Holy Cross Cemetery in Ellensburg in case you want to update that.

Is this cemetery to the west of Elsberry where lots of Murphys are buried together on a hill. I was there many years ago and am just checking. Thanks you for sharing.. Murphy descendant

This is in the Mausoleum, and up high, so picture best I could do from ground.

Ignatius Mudd
You requested a photo of the grave of Ignatius Mudd. I am a parishioner of St. Pat's and am sorry to report there is not a single grave left there. I don't know when or where they were moved, but there has been no graveyard there for the 40 years I've been in the area.

No problem. If you were able to get in touch with the owner, they may have a plot plan.

George Washington Wylie
Hi Fred,

You may not be aware, but this fellow was in the Battle of the Little Bighorn, June 25, 1876. He was listed as a Corporal in Company D, 7th U.S. Cavalry Regiment. He took part in the hilltop fight and survived the battle.

That would be great if you could add this information to his memorial page. I sure would appreciate it.

Thanks very much,

I was able to fulfill your photo request for John Willis MADDOX today (even though his last name is spelled MATTOX). I was unable to find Elizabeth Jane (Toles) MADDOX. I would presume that she would be buried next to her husband, but there wasn't another marker close by. There was space next to J. W. MATTOX's marker. Perhaps she is in an unmarked grave.

I have sent an edit to remove the request for Wm Childs, he is buried in Kentucky. He has been linked to Elsie so you can see his stone!
