Thank you very much for the photos. I am grateful for your kindness and sincerely appreciate all your help.
Would it be possible for you to e-mail me the photos? For some reason, the posted photos are a bit blurry and it is difficult to read the engraving.

Have added her father as for her mother, if she has a headstone in the area she will be on here. I've done from Liberty all the way around the mountain to Garden City, Utah. So if she's east of there then you will have to search. Also I notice that her husband has one and you might want to check with the cemetery as she died after him and she might not have a headstone or have been added to his.

|Jacqueline Hooper||Thank you for posting Esther's photo|
I am the great-great niece of Esther Hooper Pingree. I saw that you added an actual photo of Esther on her page. I'm thrilled to have found it! I've been trying to find photos of her, journals and anything else I can to learn more about her for about 12 years now.
I have photos that I took of her grave on 9/22/2011. My sister, Joanne Hooper, and I visited her grave that day, her 172nd birthday. We were visiting Idaho, where I used to live. I now live in Colorado and my sister lives in North Carolina. Colorado is where we grew up. We drove from Pocatello, ID back to Boulder, CO that day and stopped in Ogden to pay our respects. It just happened to be Esther's birthday, which is three days before mine. We placed some potted mums on Esther and her husband Job Pingree's graves.
I had visited the graves for the first time Memorial day weekend in 2000 when I lived in Boise, ID. This was my second visit and Joanne's first.
If you have any other information and photos, we would be so grateful if you'd share that with us. I tried to post the photos we took of the visit on Esther's page, but the images are too large so they won't post. If you can give me any pointers on how to scale them down to a lower resolution and smaller size, I'd love to post them.
I hope to hear from you and would love to learn if you are a relative of Esther's. I'm also looking for a book called "The Pingree Legacy", if you've heard anything about it.
Thank you in advance for your consideration. Thank you again for posting her photo!
