Halsted
You requested a photo for Jerome Halsted in Kaneville Cemetery. (The memorial was spelled "Halstead" but stone is "Halsted.") There are other names listed on both sides of that stone that are not in that cemetery database and that are likely related. I also noted and photographed a couple other Halsted women listed as the "wife of" on two other family stones within a few feet of Jerome's. Let me know if you are interested in the rest of the information or pictures I have.

RE: Andrew Lewis
I photographed Y Section instead of YY. I'll cancel those and rephotograph the correct one. I at least had the correct site!

Re: Estella Ames
Feel free to use any and all photo's I may have put on line. I have worked on the Lloyd/Ames family tree for about 15 to 20 years now.

How are you related? I may be of help to you in your research, as I have accumulated a lot of information.

Sorry but this cemetery is part of the Tallgrass Preserve. The state will give permission to get to cemetery. It is not on the trails through the preserves and there are many barbed wired fences (and alot of no trespassing signs) everywhere.

You are very welcome. Sharon & Tony. I thought for sure I
would find hers with all the stones that were there. But I do
not think they preserved every stone that was in there
