|Carlotta A Eland||Calculated Relationship|
Is there any way to fix the calculated relationship for J. O. and N. E. Burroughs. They were brother and sister that died 16 days apart. They were not married to each other or to anyone. They probably died from influenza or something similar.

|wes jarrett||Goode relation?|
Hey Ron, I also live on the Plateau 12 miles north of Monterey. I am descended from Thomas Jefferson Goode, Rev. War soldier buried in Tipton Tn. He began his war pension in Hopkinsville, Chistian Co Ky and moved for around 6 years to Jefferson Co Al and owned land there in the present day B'ham valley where St Vincents Hospital now is located.His descendants I follow through wound up in Jefferson Co Al.,purchasing land there in 1824 near present day Oxmoor. Quite a few of my ancestors including the Goode's are at Union Hill Cemetery in Homewood of Jefferson Co Al.This Cemetery has 28 CSA veterans,to many of whom I am related. Contact me at Debnwes@twlakes.net if connected to these.

As far as the date discrepancy - obit vs stone - the obit was published 5/3/2000, which tells me the stone is incorrect.

Thank you very much for the photo. My wife's mother had 7 sisters and 1 brother. Finding Hattie and Paul Kirby Peterman's final resting place leaves only one aunt to locate. You have been a big help.
