RE: Grace Fair
I've looked for Grace several times at Greenlawn, and have checked all the records I could find. Sorry that she is not listed, nor in the transcription of the cemetery.

Ballard's photos
Wow, I love the photos!
Makes me want to add some of my relatives' photos, as well. . . I've had it in the back of my mind.

Yes, I will add him when I get a chance, and I believe he is next to Iris? this from memory.
If I didn't snap it, I'm pretty sure I know right where it is.

If there's no memorial can you add him? or if I have to, you can have a transfer later if you want.

a lone Alpaugh
Hi LJ.. just wanted to let you know I came across another Alpaugh.. all by herself in the Walnut Grove Cemetery.. a few miles north of the Shiffler cemetery.. Her name is Beatrice A. Alpaugh 1936-1957.. I created a memorial & added a pic.. if you'd like I can transfer her to you..

Added by Sandi Litzenberg on May 27, 2012 3:18 PM

I made the changes you have asked for. If I can help you any more just let me know.

RE: Ahi Cocanower
I'm having that same issue with my GGG Grandfather too.. but I've never been 'lucky' at anything.. so I'm hoping that if I can create enough 'good karma' maybe someone will eventually come across him ;-)

RE: Carl Ingram
you know.. Carl Ingram was on my request list.. and unfortunately he was one of the few I wasn't able to fulfill.. the next time I head back there I will look more closely around the Cocanower/Alpaugh markers to see if I may have missed him.. it may be a few weeks, but I'll let you know if I find him..

RE: Ahi Cocanower
IT IS AHI!!! ... the name was so unusual that I thought there were some letters in the name that were so worn down from time and all that was still legible was AHI... I am so glad to have been of help to you and your family.. you've made my day.. going to post the pic right now..

Alpaugh graves
I forgot to mention that in addition to the Cocanower grave there were also two other markers in this plot.. Freda Belle Alpaugh 1902-1936 and a 2 month old child Candas Rae Alpaugh Mar 29, 1952 - May 25, 1952.. do you know these people? would you like to create memorials for them & have me load the pics? let me know and one way or another and either you or I can get the memorials created for them..

Cocanower grave Shiffler Cememtery
Hi LJ.. I was looking back thru my photo request pics of Shiffler Cemetery, double checking, and organizing my photos when I realized that I had seen the name Cocanower on Susan Alpaugh's memorial page... There was an unidentified Cocanower buried right next to the Alpaugh grave.. I couldn't read the first name on the marker only that it was a Cocanower who died on 21 March 1887, aged 21 yrs & 10 days.. I snapped a pic of it and thought you may be able to identify this person buried next to Susan Alpaugh and would want a pic of this grave.. If you want I can email the pic to you or you can create a memorial if you know who this person is and I'll post the photo..

hoping we find the family that this Cocanower belongs to..

Mohrs in Riga Cemetery
Hello, I've tried to find their graves recently but was stopped by the weather. If the cold snap and snow lessen soon then I'll claim them again and make another attempt. Dan
