Ingraham Burch Hines
per Oak Grove Cemetery, Manchester, Washtenaw Co., Michigan, records show Sarah Ingraham was received in the cemetery on 18 Feb 1921 so she probably died a few days before that, I have not found any other death info yet, will keep looking
if you are sure her maiden name was Burch you may want to contact the person who submitted the initial entry and ask for a correction
There are many Burch family in the area, many buried in Gillet Cemetery, Sharon Twp, Washtenaw Co., Michigan
http://findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gsr&GSiman=1&GScid=2171379&GSfn=&GSln=burch
when I was a kid back in the 1950's there was an interse4ction out west of Manchester known as Burch's Corner, turning right aned going north at this intersection leads you right to Gillet Cemetery, not sure if Sarah was related

I have done some research with the Ingraham family in Oak Grove.

cemetery access
I was recently at the location of the cemetery on 32 CR but after passing the house on the left, there was not a road, only a path. I drove down 500 yards from the house and there was an iron gate (with a no trespassing sign) that blocked access and there was vegetation overgrowth. Are you positive the cemetery is located off of 32? Also, note from 132 to 32, it is a "T" intersection only, not 32 crossing over 132. Please let me know if this is an error or if the cemetery has now been deeded over to a landowner, that now is preventing access to our family's burial plots.

Thank you

Marker photo added this date along with correction re date of death to date shown on the headstone and the cemetery records. Cemetery records note place of birth as Lamar, MO but maybe you have birth certificate which says otherwise; I added no correction re place of birth.

I do not know as of yet when I will have time to discuss the family in person. It will have to be on a weekend and I will keep in touch with you when a convenient weekend for me comes around. Your home location would be fairly convenient for me since it is off of James River so that will work out. In the mean time I will try to develop some questions that you maybe able to answer about your stem of the tree.

RE: Wilson/Bell
I would like that very much. I have traced the family tree to Allan George Morris (B:1933 D:1997) from the information you gave me on the last message. Allan George Morris would be my 3rd cousin 2x removed. I found it fascinating that I am related to Albert George Morris (B:1905 D:1985) as he is a legend in the fisheries world and have practiced the techniques he developed. It is also strange that I live next to the Chesapeake Fish Hatchery and have worked two summers there and have been working on a survey there for the third year now for the MDC.

Hello
I was recently approached by your daughter at MSU and she said that I messaged you about genealogy and she was right. I messaged you about a correction of Malinda Wilson's memorial page. What a confined world we live in.... Anyways I was wondering then if you are somehow related to Malinda Wilson married to John Bell? I do know I have some Jones surnames in my tree but I do not know if they connect to you.

That's exciting. Thank you so much for checking into that!!! I'd love to get copies of the application pages and would be happy to reimburse you. I thought I should be able to find them on line somewhere, but no such luck so far. I had seen a microfilmed card of his wife having applied for a pension but it didn't have a date or location on the card so this is definitely progress. Thanks again, so much.

Lehigh Valley Genealogy
Anthony/Hall/Buchman Family
It is widely believed, and stated in the Lehigh County History of 1914, that Jacob Buchman and Martin Buchman were probably brothers, but I'm not aware of any proof. Some people also think they might have been cousins. Martin settled in Lowhill Township in what is now Lehigh County. Jacob settled in Lehigh Township, in what is still Northampton County.

RE: Abel Anthony
I haven't worked on this tree in quite a while and was procrastinating instead of doing my school work yesterday. I'm finishing my Masters Degree. I have been in contact with a cousin of yours over the past several years and have some of the photos that you posted on various memorials. I have a family history website and just added the gedcom for your Hall/Anthony tree yesterday. I still need to clean it up, add citations, photos and documents. I have some documents from the Northampton County Courthouse and will be going back to get more when I'm done with school. For the most part, I have been able to trace the family back to Jacob Buchman born 1727 in St. Gallen, Switzerland. He arrived in Philly on 28 Aug 1750 aboard the ship Phoenix, which sailed from Rotterdam with a Martin Buchman, my husband's 7th great grandfather. You can view what I uploaded yesterday at www.lehighvalleygenealogy.com. Your tree would be the one for Johann Jacob Buchman. You can also email me at lehighvalleygenealogy.com. Once school slows down, I'd be glad to get you documents from the courthouse and share anything that I have but haven't gotten uploaded to the website.

Sorry I dont. The place where I work has something for them. Could you send me info on your mother, phone number or something or where your mother lives and her name. I could take it from there.
